Review 1：Staff tried to accomodate us to a different house not far from hotel itself, which doesn't have facilities like restaurant, etc., so make sure to check where exactly your room is. Finally we were accomodated in a very good double bedroom room, but not sure whether it was the one we booked, or because there were no vacant ones in that house.
Review 2：Big bed, good breakfast, location close to Fakersee, quiet place.
Review 3：The ventilation exausting system needs to be put in order, overwise smell can bother you.

Review 5：We had a 2 bed roomed room which was really a one bedroom with a wardrobes made to divide the room. You could not walk around the second bed as it went from wall to wall. The doors didn't fit properly and the floor boards were very noisy. He bathroom door didn't shut and there were wires exposed above the light fitting above the sink. The wifi did not work in the bedrooms, you have to go to the desk area or restaurant.

Review 7：Stuff very Moody ( tierd or not very motivated ), rooms Are very dated, beds rock hard, the little rug by the bed smelled very bad - and dusty. Bathrooms not cleaned properly, mirror was full of finger prints and toothpaste from previous occupants. Breakfast was okay, lots of fresh fruit if that is what you like( we don't)! Over priced 126 Euros!!!! Not for what they offer I wouldn't honestly paid 50 Euros for that. Never ever again. Avoid.

We responded Meili and confirm the exact arrival, nobody read or was aware of. reception of nerdy 06-21.Mi at 7.00 anyone we could find at the hotel so we were forced across the kitchen get to the reception and get their passports in order to move on and we will not kasili.Cak left and phone numbers on the doors that are not available . Today we return to the same book, but we will not take advantage of it and will fail us.
Review 28：we were charged for 10 eur for the kid (4 y.o.) despite of the fact it was not mentioned in confirmation and we didnt ask about any extra like bed, pillow, etc. the price is too high for such a place and in general for location at this time of the year, but ok it was our choice not to spent too much time to drive from motorway and back.

Review 32：They didn't have a mattress in the room. They had a box spring, or at least thats what it felt like. It was very very uncomfortable. Thankfully we were able to use the comforters off both beds as "pads" because it was warm in the room and they helped a little. However, someone who needs a soft mattress would have had a horrible night of sleep. I would recommend this hotel to someone, but I would make sure I warned them about the mattress'.

Review 34：Wrong description of Two-Bedroom Apartment because it has only one bedroom, the other is in the kitchen and living room. Not at all the dishes and kitchen utensils in apartment.Dirty wardrobes and forgotten items (underwear) from previous guests.

Review 38：Hotel staff unable to speak german, english.. only the kids, helping parents with running this place were able to comunicate, but the communication was really poor. we decided this place for the position close to highway, lake and italian border AND the chinese restaurant in hotel - but it was closed, nobody tell us during booking proces, the same with unability to prepaire breakfast. Most crazy was it in situation, when hotel staff needed to pay for breakfast we havent get ;)
Review 39：best possible price around, 15eur per person and night, nice location nearby - faak am see, ideal place to stay when travelling north-south, close to SLO/ITA border, almost 1km far away from highway. This place is great when you are tired by driving and neen clean place with shower. --- Idealni misto, pokud jedete na jih z CZ a potrebujete se ubytovat nekde kde se da jit najist, kde nakoupit (billa) a kam na prochazku (faak am see). V listopadu je trochu obtizne najit otevrenou hospodu, ale mistni poradili. V hotelu nefungovala restaurace, na cinu jsme zrovna meli chut ;) personal neumel anglicky, nemecky, a ikdyz jsme nedostali snidani, chteli ji zaplatit, silene. Ale za tu cenu je to klidne ciste misto se sprchou, levnejc jsem v rakousku nikde nenocoval
