Review 1：Been going to Tenerife for almost 20 years now at the same time of year and i must say this accommodation is by far the worst we have ever stayed in.It was Dirty.Ants in cupboards,toaster and kettle to name but a few.The shower was no more than a dribble and virtually un useable.The fridge has broken and missing compartments in it which had tried to be crudely repaired with silicone and failed.The Boiler had a bucket underneath which kept filling up and running out from the leaking boiler.Part of the room fan flew off when we switched it on.Bulbs missing and sockets not working.I could go on and on.

Review 3：Reception staff lacked good english and seemed to be unable to deal with any issues. Our balcony seemed to be one of only a few that did not get sunlight at any time of the day. The bedroom was stark, it had a single glazed window directly onto a staircase to the reception which allowed people to look in, and was useless at keeping out the noise of everyone who passed and were talking both day and night and until morning. There was also a ventilation duct in the bedroom wall which also went onto the stairs, again allowing noise and cigarette smells to enter the bedroom, we are non smokers. There was also an ashtray on the wall outside our bedroom window. I paid for 7 days of internet use, which would be free in most hotels, yet due to successive faults on the hotels internet wi-fi, i was only able to log on for 3 days only, the evening reception staff could only shrug his shoulders and was unable to offer any internet refunds. We would not recommend this hotel to any one and we would definately not be returning. We like the Island and this was our 4th visit.

Review 5：Early checkout at 10. On arrival at reception was a sign stating pay 20euro to keep room longer but on asking they couldn't do it.

Review 18：The couch in the sleeping room wasn't comfortable to sleep on, we put the matrace from it on the floor, this way it was possible to sleep there. One sleeping room has dark windows to a common corridor, where is a lot of noise in the morning, the windows are not quiet, you feel like they would be open, while they're not, it is impossible to sleep longer than till 8am. The towels were to be changed the fourth day, they weren't, we asked for it the fifth day and they were changed then. There was a rebuild of a swimming pool below our residence, so there was a little bit of noice on the sun terrace. I added a view from it - it is magnifique :)
Review 19：It is a very nice appartment, the kitchen i really good equipped. Beautiful swimming pool nearby, water was warm enough in December to swim in it, there is also a bar near the swimming pool with great burgers and a sun terrace :) The staff was very helpful, so kind, that were calling to Teide National Park to ask if the path to the top is open, ordered us a pizza, etc. The internet is extra paid (15euro/week), we had problems with the connection inside of the appartment, but fortunately it was working on the balcony and near the swimming pool. The building is localized within a 15minutes walk from the beach, 30minutes from a nice, main beach in Los Cristianos. There always has been a parking place available, there is no traffic near the building, a lot of shops and bars there. The appartment's insides were exactly the same as on the pictures provided by booking.com.

Review 23：Nice room nice helpful cleaning staff also reception staff. Especially young gentleman and young lady at reception desk who helped me booked my return tickets above the call of duty I appreciated that. We had good tv channels including sky sports utv etc
Review 24：Beds rock hard.... unfortunately there was a protest outside the hotel that went on for a number of hours. the staff were upset with their working conditions and were using a very noisy way to protest. they had a point and maybe the hotel should look after their staff as well as the staff look after the hotels clients.

Review 26：* Bugs (or little ants) in the apartment, all period (3 weeks). Notified the staff, they sayd, they fill fix it, but didn't do anything. Put all food to the fridge, otherwise it's full of bugs after a while.. * Wireless internet is expensive (ex:1 day 5 euros, 21 days 30 euros). Bought it for month. Only one device at the same time can be connected. If you want to chang it, have to log out with one device and log in with another one. * Cleaning was not like in scedule. Some washed rooms, some didn't. Linen chage was once a week. (supposed to be more often according to scedule, what was in the room)

Review 30：The apartment looked like the photos ! Everything you needed in the kitchen was there ! Horrible lighting in "the blue room" but could use the small lamp, which was absolutely doable. Great terrasse with sun in the morning until noon. Perfect for breakfast or for enjoying a glass of wine in the afternoon. Perfect sun deck with plenty of room for the 3 of us and with a great view ! Do not mistake that this hotel is placed on a hill ! Be ready for climbing stairs and walking up and down hill to get to either the beach by Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americanas. Took a taxa to and from the airport, took just 15 minutes and costed about 20 euros. Would stay here again !
Review 31：It was explained that there were only ceiling fans in the apartment and I didn't think that would be a problem in late September but with temperatures in the high 20's at night it was difficult to sleep without air conditioning, but at the price we paid you can't have everything!

Review 37：We had a wonderful time.The hotel is not far from the beach and it was a nice stroll, about 15 minutes. We often took a cab back home (3-4 €) to save us the walk uphill. So I would not recommend this hotel for people with limited mobility. There is a satellite TV with lots of channels to choose from which was really good. The staff at the hotel bar were very nice and the swimming pool was clean. We would definitely go there again.

Review 39：views, big balcony, wine water and milk in room on arrival. Sky TV, The Pool, Pablo Pool Bar, Vicki and Ian made us feel welcome and did we laugh, Vicki's food was excellent. Pablo pool bar was the icing on the cake for us.
Review 40：Rooms need to be cleaned more and bed linen not changed during 7 night stay. Quite an uphill walk from beach/town, but this did not effect our stay.

Review 42：No actual sign to say it was Los Diamantes Fase II, just Club Tenerife. I was dropped outside LD I and walked uphill to find Fase II only to find later on there was an actual short cut in between 2 supermarkets/ and The Shakespeare Bar . No free WiFI and access was pricey. Very hilly so not suitable if you are not very mobile. More info about local buses if they were available would have been helpful. It was a bit of a trek to the beach but more so on the way back.

The place was clean and had a lot of things like a microwave, toaster, washing machine. There was a pleasant surprise in complimentary bottle of wine, water and milk
Review 44：Near the hotel in 500 m there is no beach. To get a beach possible for swimming you must go 3 km. but there is a port with ships. To return you must go upstairs.
Review 45：Very different disposition of rooms. Some is good, some like a rats hole. Good beach names Vista is above 3 km..
Review 46：the only down side is no air con , how ever the fans are half decent, and if you have mobility issues this isn't for you as it is on a steep hill.

Review 48：Rubbish taken everyday, but cleaning/change of towels only twice a week, with as long as four days break if you arrive on Friday night/Saturday next cleaning is only on Wednesday. Pool is rather small, but clean. Coming back from the beach is a good hike for healthy people, if you are travelling with children/elderly people consider taking taxi back instead of walking.

Review 54：Be careful of the low ceiling if you rent the duplex two bed apartment. The attack room has the double bed and a very low slanted ceiling. PLEASE MIND YOUR HEAD. I hit my head 3 or more times on the ceiling getting out of the bed during the night.
