Review 1：Cost of extras, Maria not so helpful but other staff very good - too many children making it noisy at times. Metal steps into pool a bit dated. No free water by the pool. Minimal staff. Cockroach in the bathroom.

Review 2：Alicia in the office. Also the femal chef was very helpful, The room and decor, The pool was a good size albeit a little dated . Food was excellent especially the cakes at breakfast and dinner. Was delicious. Quiet when the children were not around!

Review 11：Stunning emerald green pool. Serene peace. Calming and beautiful on the senses. Amazing spacious and well fitted bathroom. Simply beautiful.

Review 12：A couple of points to be desired: - when we came, it took us 20min to find somebody to get us checked-in - no service at pool area, no drinks nearby, no lunch offer there, nothing - dinners are great and Chief is superb, but not available on Tuesdays (must go somewhere outside) - pool is huge, about 1/3 of that is up 1.6m deep, rest is deeper. But depth not mentioned anywhere, be careful. - due to such size & depth of the pool, it's heating slow, hence for me the water was too cold on most of the days - breakfast is looking great on first impression, but actually very repetitive, although tasty. Would love to have juice available right on the buffet, instead of asking every time for a small (very small) glass - coffee experience was kind of messy.. Nespresso machine, but slow and strange, hence every morning were queues for coffee and tea (hot water via same machine) - Wi-fi was free, but signal is unstable and speed was kind of slow. - The bed wasn't a real double bed, but just two single beds pushed together - not a great sleeping experience. - it looks like there is barbecue facility/firewood oven next to the pool, but never seen that used or advertised. - no coffee/tea facility in the room (only a minibar) - no free water in the room

Review 13：Great remote location, small and charm hotel, with nice fruit gardens around. Big clean rooms, with spacious bathrooms and excellent cosmetics there (Bvlgari). We were in room 11 - the most far away, but also maximum privacy hence. Loved the terrace outside and the view from the window. Great food on dinners, with wast selection of local wines. Excellent and super friendly staff, great advises from them on where to go and help on booking the decent places to eat. We asked for a late check-out and they easily provided one. Pool area is very elegant & relaxing. Also beautiful common areas in the main house, for sitting after dinner or just playing board games or reading a book. In overall, impressions are good, but I would expect more at such a five-star resort price tag (see the red comments).

Review 14：Tranquillity done in the right way. In fact it was so quiet and reserved, it felt like a private residence. Dinner was exquisite with impeccable service. Would most definitely return.

Review 15：Inside - 'minimalist' decor in traditional building included some rather 'dauby' abstract paintings ; Location - local town Campos of no special interest, need to drive 20-30 minutes to Cala Figuera for most attractive coastal spot.
