Review 1：Spacious - room, cupboards,hanging space, drawers. A proper bath. South-facing sun terrace. Discreet and quiet at all times. Nice people at reception and the staff at the adjoining cafe were a delight. A very pleasant 20-minute walk across the fields to the playa San Juan. An excellent motel.
Review 2：No wifi in the hotel, no bar, no resturant or breakfast area, the motel was in the middle of no where with no footpaths to walk anywhere. the lock was broken on the sliding door because it had been forced open during a break in and never repaired. but I was moved to another room when I pointed this out.

Review 4：Access by car and parking super easy. If you get a first floor room you can park right in front of your hotel door, good for those with plenty of stuff to transfer to room. Easy driving access to beaches, Alicante, and the highway. Quiet, clean rooms, perfect for the price.
Review 5：Don't buy the breakfast. It can be bought at the hotel for lower price than online. And the breakfast you get is two toasts, cup of coffe and som juice.

Review 20：The price was good and it was relatively close to Playa San Juan. Make no mistake, this is a hotel just to sleep!!! the only amenity is a very decent pool and a cafeteria outside to have breakfast or a drink, there was also a convenience store/gas station and a Carefour nearby which comes in handy.
Review 21：Again staying here there were 3 lights not working in the rom and no plug for the bathroom sink AGAIN. Cafeteria service at late breakfast was poor and slow.

Review 37：Location is incredibly convenient if you are on the road and stopping for the night (it is a motel, after all) and parking your car or bike right in front of your room is extremely convenient. The cafeteria is not attached to the hotel (25m) but is perfect for the purpose and the staff is extremely nice. Cleanliness and bathroom facilities are excellent, wifi is free and with a very good strong signal. Petrol station right next to it is very convenient and not noisy at all.
