Review 1：Nothing. everything is great.

Review 2：Great staff that took care of our time in Aswan. Customised trips that is reasonably priced. Thank you Mena for taking care of us, answering our question. Aswan is quaint, the people there are not as pushy as those in Luxor. Apart from Mena,we met with quite a few nice people like the driver who took us to high dam, philae island and the felucca boatman that bring us to the St Simeon Monastery. We had a room at 4th floor and had an excellent view of Nile River. The Abu Simbel trip is great too. We also book hot air balloon trip in Luxor with Mena at at exceptional price but with the best experience. the restaurant serves good food and the waiteress is excellent in serving us.

Review 3：The stuff of the front desk specially at night are not nice at all , not helpful , not good restaurants nearly closed all time, you can't order food or drinks anytime

Review 7：Only paid one night but were allowed use of the room from 7am as our flight was changed, so really got 1.5 nights. Comfy beds, balcony overlooking the Nile, rooftop restaurant, great food, very helpful staff (can organise the necessary tours with no strings attached). Couldn't ask for more, pity we couldn't stay longer.

Review 8：Frankly, the bathroom need renovation, shower curtain need cleaning, and towel cleaness looks suspicious (we bring our own towel anyway). The advertised wifi doesnt really work anywhere in hotel. 设施普通，卫生间呵呵

Review 9：Good location, just along the Nile bank and convenient to walk to restaurant, stores, etc. Train station close by. Great view from room and top roof terrace. Review 15：Located right on the riverside, near ferries to Elephantine Island and cruise ships, the hotel also had killer views from the windows and terrace. The staff is excellent too. Within minutes of arriving, Mena arranged a driver to the local sites, my trip to Abu Sembel and the excellent cruise I'm on now--all for a decent price and, most importantly, without being pushy. I'm glad I stayed here and recommend it if you're considering.

Review 41：Breakfast was quite awful. The water was shut off in the night from about 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and the single elevator was down for repair from the afternoon to the next day--not great when you are on the fourth floor and have luggage.

Review 45：First, when we checked in, the hotel surprised us because they did notaccept credit card, second, the staff tricked us, they collected moneyfor tour and they told us that the tour is include every tickets but wepaid almost with the equal of the tour fee (which is extra 300 pounds).They also did not offer a free shuttle bus as they advertised on theweb. They tried to used us as foreigner and milked our money and lied tous about extra money. The recepsionist people very rude and always giveus bad face. Many times when we talked to them they gave us their backand they started give us nasty words and cursed us especially the twogirls whose name Rya and Hajr.They were very rude.Plus every time wetalked to them they showed that they are ready to fight with us and nothelp at all. No security at all in this hotel. The room cost almost $60.00 while the room fee on net is only $ 105 in total, when we asked uswhy they charges us more they said it is their own commision. Aso, whenwe asked bus shuttle, they gave us different amount, first 100 le then80 le after we told them that was wrong. When we asked them a receipt,they refused, but after we insist they finally gave us after 4 hours.
