Review 1：There were two of us and and we were expected to share one piece of soap for the whole week. The apartment was not swept out when the cleaner came. WiFi was only available in a limited location and not available in the rooms. Also I thought that 6 euros a day was rather expensive considering some places offer it free. Rooms are not very sound proof.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was as we requested and very well equipped for self-catering. Lack of WiFi and other niggles were minor issues and outweighed by the more positive experience we had overall.

Review 3：No sufficient control off people playing billiard on pool area causing noise at nighttime. In spite of several complaints the problem was not solved eg. by informing the players about the rules on noteboard or removing sticks. Instead the customer was expected to call the reseption every night. Smell from the sewers.

Review 4：The location, no tea or coffee in room, one or two cockroaches on the first night but the room itself was spotless

Review 6：One member of staff let it down, wasn't to bothered about giving us accurate information. Told us shuttle bus picked up from bus station, and we could just walk into the town however it picks you up outside hotel.

Review 8：The beds were the most uncomfortable and hard. The room we stayed in was in the worst location, right over the loading bay where deliveries, collections were being made all day until the evening,the bin men came every day at around 6.30am which was like having an alarm clock.

Review 9：The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were good eg gym, tennis court. The shower in the room was great with lots of hot water.

Review 10：The WiFi wasn't very good and in this day and age all WiFi should be free and available. Heavens, teenagers go mad without it!

Review 11：Lovely helpful staff, especially on reception. This is a top end hotel for the price range. We only are christmas dinner there, but it was ok and the entertainment was fun. Lovely balcony with sea views, away from all the noise, but just ten minutes walk to the beach and old town. The reception staff were top notch. Problems dealt with quickly, great for information and booking excursions. You'll only get better by paying more

Review 12：We had already booked a trip to La Gomera with another Company - the Receptionist said they used their own Company and was most unhelpful telling us he knew nothing when our Company was based just across the road!

Review 18：Suites of BH's were better than I had imagined...Check-in was smooth and hassle free, staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and welcoming. We one member who took our bags and escorted us to room G303 (one of the higher level apartments) which was extremely spacious for a studio... We had 4 single beds and a fold out! The terrace was large overlooking the pool and a beautiful half sea view. We had all the utensils we needed to self cater apart from a wine bottle opener. The bath was deep and hot water plentiful. We had one issue where our electrics cut out but reception sorted an engineer and the problem was sorted straight away. The free hourly bus to town is very useful and takes you as far as Playa Americans. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk from the hotel with all your needs covered as well as restaurants and bars close by.

Review 24：The size and location of my apartment for my stay. Apartment cleaned daily and staff extremely friendly. It was great that I also had use of two other hotels all within walking distance. Free shuttle into Los Cristianos / Las Americas.

Review 26：Our apartment was at the top of the hill with no ramp so had to struggle with buggy on stairway every time we went anywhere. It seems that the resort put families with small kids in the same area as there was another family (with buggy) next to us. Double bed was really small...

Review 28：The apartment was not of the standard I was expecting as this was a previous timeshare hotel it is in need of refurbishment. Our Studio was on roadside, noisy from early morning. Air-conditioning was on a timer so couldn't have it on it was very humid? Ceiling fan also in need of replacement, rattled so loud we turned it off. Luckily I was only there one night prior to taking residence locally

Review 29：The TERRIBLE selection of ballroom and 60's music everyone had to endure around the pool area. The room itself and apartment areas are very noisy, not too happy either when the site generator (located under our room) was started, releasing plumes of smoke right outside our apartment balcony

Review 32：Los cristianos is on a hill hence beverley hills name. Reception staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with,Even walking us 80 steps up to view the apartment in block G. This hotel is not suitable for disabled Guests . Swimming pool was okay, And has a life Guard in attendance.piazza Restaurant has a very basic menu, But with so many good restaurants nearby I Guess they have just decided Guests will dine elsewhere anyway. English tv channels and good views from balcony. Free bus service during day

Review 33：asked for a ground floor if pos was given a very high up one loads of stairs. Health problems meant getting too and fro a real problem. No help with luggage which meant 2 ladies and childs had to be carried by one of us up alot of stairs.

Review 36：The Beverly Hills Suites were chosen for the location as were were staying up the road for the next 2 weeks. We paid extra for the half board option which proved to be a great decision. breakfast was lovely, evening meal had a few options to choose from (all buffet style, eat as much as you like). Alovely clean tidy place to stay

Review 37：-Uncomfortable bed - our pillows were still smelling of the previous user. Not changed n were uncomfortable too - no cleaner came to clean the place or change towels until we requested them, the same with emptying the bins.

Review 41：Poor cleaning, very small "compact studio", The includedbreakfast was placed in the rooms fridge for us to prepare ourselves(bread from the day before). This is not what I expected when I payedfor breakfast online. The place is a firetrap!!! Very narrow staircasesand hallways, which are halfway blocked by shelves, stuff and suitcases- no secondary exit but the door to the street, doors marked with"firedoor" had 3 cm gap underneath to the floor, no fireescape plan in the room or in the whole place eventhough it wasmentioned in the rooms guide to the hotel. Not recommendable!

Review 43：I'm not sure if I was lucky, but I had a great view lucking over the bay, not sure if this was due to renting an apartment that two single beds and a sofa bed.

Review 44：The location isn't amazing. There is a complimentary bus which takes you to the beach but it's only one every one hour and the last one to go back is at 6:30 which is quite early. You can get to the nearest beach on foot but it gets annoying if you do it every day

Review 49：On my first morning I woke up to an army of large cockroaches outside the door to my apartment. Some time later I discovered they were dying as the complex had been sprayed the evening before. It would have been much better if staff explained this in advance. It took quite some time for staff to come and deal with the issue.

Review 52：Was ideal location for us , we stayed at our timeshare apartment at Hollywood Mirage the week previous , we used the suites for an addition time on to our holiday , had stayed in a studio there before which had a fabulous view , large terrace , wee bit disappointed in the view and the size of balcony in this suite . Staff very helpful when we asked could we keep our suite on longer until 17:00 instead of check out at 12:00 , for €30 we didn't have to rush we lazed about showered went to airport stress free

Review 63：The sea view from the room was unreal. Architecture of the hotel was really beautiful. The restaurant on the right of hotels' territory on the other side of the street offers best tasted meal we tried in Los Cristianos.
