Review 1：No lift, had to carry luggage up stairs.
Review 2：Staff pleasant in spite of language difficulties. Good shower, lots of hot water. Food good. Nice atmosphere in bar.
Review 3：Hardly saw any staff and when we did they appeared a little indifferent. The breakfast was terrible, a small glass of orange juice, cup of coffee and a dried up croissant... No soap or bath mat in bathroom

Review 5：The town of Tordesillas was very quiet in the evening but then, it was a Tuesday in November! We were going to eat in the hotel anyway!
Review 6：Good car parking facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the hotel had character. The bar was used extensively by the locals which is always a good sign. Excellent restaurant and a very nice meal.
Review 7：A blocked sink drain in our en-suite which I'm sure would have been repaired if we had reported it. As always when travelling in Spain it was a long wait from arriving at 3pm to the restaurant opening at 9pm and there were no alternatives we could find in the town that opened any earlier, so it was a case of snacks from the nearby supermarket or tapas in the bars - but it is part of the culture and as a visitor it is necessary to adapt if you want the full Spanish experience.
Review 8：From the initial welcome/check in to leaving after breakfast everything about our stay was handled with polite and friendly efficiency - free off street parking for our motorcycles, nice busy bar, great value restaurant (particularly the 'menu del dia'!), small but well equipped & clean room. All a pleasant surprise after arriving from 2 days in the depths of very 'rural' Extramadura.

Had "breakfast included" but that consisted of a couple pieces of toast (not the typical Spanish bread roll) and a coffee. Supermarket across the street has good selection of breads, sweet rolls, empanadas. All rooms upstairs, no elevator

Review 19：The hotel is on the main street so there was the inevitable traffic noise although we were at the rear of the hotel.
Review 20：On the whole, hotel OK for a stopover. On this particular day,08/09 it was the town fiesta, therefore the hotel was very busy with lots of locals in their finery, so we found a quiet bar on the edge of town for tapas.
Review 21：The breakfast was minimal. Apparently if you book through booking.com you have a 'reduced' breakfast! Only coffee/tea, one croissant and orange juice. Toast was extra!

Review 43：The only thing I would mention is that in our bedroom we did not have a bedside lamp and in order to get up in the night we had to have all the many lights on. Perhaps with the refurbishments being so recent they had not got round to putting any in the room.
Review 44：We stayed at this hotel on our way back up Spain from the south coast to Santander. There was secure parking around the back of the hotel. Our room was quiet and had been recently refurbished. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was very little English spoken by the staff but fortunately we speak a little Spanish so no real problem. If you couldn't then it would have been slightly difficult. The price including a 3 course evening meal was very reasonable. Torresillas does not look too historic but by asking the gentleman on reception we were able to find some very interesting places.

Review 54：The hotel was better than the description of it, and the facilities we had were more 4 star, with an enormous walk in shower all top quality fittings and beautifully designed bedroom all making for a great stay, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a very good dining room with reasonable priced and varied menu.The location of the hotel was within a short walking distance of the main sites and the added bonus was we could leave our car in a free secure area within the hotel grounds. All the staff were helpful from the bar and reception to the dining room. We would use the hotel again if we were in the area.

The staff were great and after a long journey enjoyed a superb 3 course meal including wine for €12.50 per head. Ideal for an overnight stay or a base to explore the historic nearby towns.
