Review 1：Great staff where very helpful in every way the breakfast was first class and great value and the location of the hotel was fantastic I would without doubt stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

Review 2：The room was very noisy and with poor insulation, we could hear other guests entering into the room/bathroom and their television. Not ideal for a relax-break.

Review 4：We found the bed uncomfortable, the mattress was covered in plastic plus had a waterproof mattress protector on, making it far too hot. This is shame because it was very quiet and dark in the room, and otherwise very restful. There were only 2 English TV channels, Sky News and one other news channel.

Review 11：This hotel is an absolute gem if you are looking for peace and quiet yet only a stroll to the busy town of San Juan or the beach, if you prefer. You can have a quality lunch as you sunbathe by the pool followed by a swim and a siesta with only the swifts to keep you company - marvellous!

Review 13：Cleaning has been done every day, during my stay in hotel. WiFi is working nice. There is pool, but small size. The atmosphere inside territory is calm and quietly. I did not have visit to breakfast, therefore no comment. Without car very difficult to have move to points of interest.

All the staff were friendly and would help you with booking taxis, preparing meals. very good value for money. Excellent food prepared by their own chef. Nice rustic feel with swimming pool and gardens.

Review 35：On arrival in the hotel, they asked us to Pay for the stay upfront, however we refused as this has never happened at any hotel. The lady (I imagine the boss, was very rude) There was never anyone at reception when we needed help. The room needs a good refurbishment. The shutters didn't go down. They never cleaned the room not 1 day, all they did was change the towels. The toilet seat seemed as though it had never been cleaned! We mentioned the lack of cleanliness in the room at check out and instead of apologising, the manager told us that we should have said something earlier! I Believe that at a decent hotel a guest shouldn't need to even mention anything bad during their stay because the hotel staff should do their Job correctly and the managers should run their hotel appropriately! You could hear what the guests in the other room were saying and doing!!!! Overall not a pleasant stay! Instead of a 3 star hotel, it shouldn't have any stars. I Will not return to this hotel and I go to san Juan every year!

Review 37：Although the location isn't brilliant once you step through the gates of the property all that is forgotten because the hotel and it's grounds are so lovely and relaxing.

Review 38：I liked the hotel it was small and had a very traditionally Spanish feel. There was a restaurant available on site. The grounds were lovely with small swimming pool and sunbeds & towels available, tennis court, shaded seating areas and a courtyard. There is free parking on the street. It is situated about 4kms north of Alicante and about 20 mins away from the airport. There is a supermarket on the roundabout turn off. We spent a very relaxing 2 days and would not hesitate to return.

Review 39：The location is quite poor, but don't let that put you off if its a relaxing time you want, its a beautiful house. There are building works just across the road, but it wasn't too noisy.

Review 40：Everything. Its a like stepping back in time, perfect for a relaxing few days. The rooms are spacious, warm and clean. The food was good. There is a jacuzzi and sauna (extra charge) which was very relaxing, and private (just for the people booking). The gardens and outdoor swimming pool were well kept. A good place to stay, whatever the season.
