Review 1：Our apartment was for 4 people but we only had one 2 seater sofa and one chair.. we had wooden chairs but you would get a numb bum off them if you sat on them for to long ... Also the tv wouldn't tune in .but these are all small factors .. a lovely place to visit and we will be booking here again in future

Review 3：we had lovely stay there. the room is clean and have everything you may need on holiday. the swimming pool on the top roof was very enjoyed by my children. wonderful view from there. the staff there are nice and kind too. we will recommend this place to anyone. delicious food in the village restaurant.

Review 4：A very nice small apartment complex. great location and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Caminito del Rey is a fantastic experience.

Review 8：Excellent location for the Caminito del Rey. Light, bright and modern apartment with all facilities. Excellent on-site parking. Sunny outside sitting area with table, chairs, umbrella and good views. Gemma on Reception was very helpful.

Review 13：The negative was there was a shared "patio" space on the upstairs 1 bedroomed apartments and it can get quite noisy in the courtyard area

Review 14：We booked this accommodation due to the rating and area. We stayed in one bed roomed apartment at the top of the building near to the rooftop "swimming pool" the view was breath taking, overlooking the top of the village and church.

Review 17：Despite being told (at length) about the many places to eat in town there was only ever one open on any evening and on Wednesday there was nowhere open (December 2014). Happily the supermarket was open so we could use the kitchen facilities in our apartment that were very good. The only thing lacking was a kettle - we boiled water in a saucepan - but on departure we were told we could have asked for one at reception: it would have been nice to know that at the start of our stay. These are minor points and did not spoil our stay at all.

Review 18：The welcome from the lady on Reception was extremely fulsome and the apartment was clean. There were not many other people staying in the complex so it was quiet and we were not overlooked as we had no neighbours. There is little to do in Ardales itself (superb museum) but it is a good place to be based for hiking or if you have a car to explore the region (out of town roads are excellent).

Review 19：Excellent rooms and excellent staff. It was our second time at this hotel. Very convenient to explore the neighboring towns if you have your own transportation.

Review 20：The bathroom had some unpleasant odor. The apartment is located in a very local village, the English communication out of the apartment maybe a problem.

Review 25：The receptionists were very helpful with lots of advice as to where to go. The apartment was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. It was also great that it was serviced every couple of days, which meant it always looked like we'd just arrived. It also benefited from being centrally located, close to restaurants and the supermarket.

Review 29：The staff.Our flight was delayed and Lola stayed until 2 a.m. to accommodate our arrival. The quiet village and location along with the surrounding countryside and lakes suited a relaxing holiday. You need a car if you are thinking of going here.

Review 61：For older people who may have mobility problems the stairs could do with a bannister and the bathroom another hand support forgetting in and out ofthe bath. We did discuss this with the staff when we left and had the impression that similar comments may already have been made - the comments were duly recorded.

Review 63：Everything! And on top of that, the cutest town. Very tiny but picturesque. We were there in early May, so few outsiders, if any. May get hectic in summer, I understand. Plus (and this may seem like an odd comment) but NO GRAFITTI anywhere. What a treat!

Review 64：Peaceful location close to centre of small hill-town good centre for mountains, gorges and lakes. Facilies and standards of apartments are excellent. We used as short break for 2 nights before travelling north east towards Valencia.Liked Spanish atmosphere away from the coastal strip.

Review 65：Secure bike storage in their garage. Helpful English speaking receptionist who gave us a map of the town and pointed out features of interest. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Well appointed kitchen.

Review 66：Bed was too firm for me and there wasn't enough bedding, it was March and the duvets were very thin, so we needed the heating but would have preferred extra blankets. Would have asked but our stay was a short one.

Review 69：The staff are very knowledgable and extremely helpful, from the village layout to the surrounding area. It felt like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are very well layed out with all we could have hoped for, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The photos do not really do these apartments justice.

Review 70：The kitchen was under stocked, no oven and no dinner table, which made it difficult to work with. The village where the hotel is located is small. Big shopping can only be found in Malaga.

Review 72：Stayed one night while walking part of the GR7. Beautiful apartment located not far from main square. Friendly welcome. And added bonus of toiletries. Roof top swimming pool - but not really big enough to swim in. Lovely for cooling aching limbs.

Couldn't of asked for better facilities, we wanted for nothing. Ideal location for climbing, friendly small town with stunning views.

The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful; they gave us a lot of very useful information regarding places to visit, sites, restaurants, etc. The appartments are very comfortable, nicely designed and just really pleasant. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Review 79：A great disappointment was the bed. The springs in the bed were reallyuncomfortable. This was unfortunate, and diminished our comfort in theapartment. Everything else was great, but as the bed is quite important,this can be a lot better.

Review 80：The staff is wonderful, Lola (the receptionist) helped us greatly. Shegave us all the information there was about the area of Ardales(beautiful lakes just 5 min. Away) and showed us around the building.Apart from the service, the apartment was exceptionally clean. Thefridge and the water cooker for example were spotless. The location isnice for a few nights, as the lakes provide ample recreationalactivities. Villa Padierna Thermas (a spa hotel with thermal pools) is a8 minute drive, and really nice as well.

Review 83：We rented two apartments 1 x 4 guests 1 x 8 guests. Both apartments were excellent in terms of location and cleanliness. We visited Carratraca and booked sessions at the Thermal Pools, Villa Padierna and we also visited El Chorro. Would definitely stay again.

Review 84：Tv was in a family den area but not in the bedroom which is understandable if most units are geared towards a family. That would be my only negative comment based on being a solo traveller.
