Review 1：The access to the underground car park was very difficult and quite dangerous. It was easier to park for free on the side roads.
Review 2：Room comfortable, very quiet ,good selection of breakfast food, and good location for local restaurants. A pleasant hotel.
Review 3：Unfortunately we chose an area that had not much to offer - our mistake entirely. We should have chosen somewhere in Alicante or out further along the beach.
Review 4：There was nothing wrong with this hotel at all. It served the purpose of an overnight stay. It was clean and nicely but ordinarily presented. We had no expectations that it would have a WOW factor therefore it did not disappoint. The staff were quiet personalities but very pleasant and helpful. Parking was safe and convenient at €7 per day.
Review 5：The only 4-star hotel that you may find in 21th Century which has no safe box, no minibar! Lots of noise from street, we could not sleep due to loud noise of shouting and laughing that continued up to the morning (not only in weekend but also in other nights, in the mid of week)!

Review 8：This is in a good location near the bars and restaurants. The man in reception was very helpful and the underground car park is very handy. We went to a nearby Chinese restaurant and had an excellent meal.
Review 9：The variety of the breakfast was really poor, no real selection was available and warm food was out of question from the beginning. Nobody speaked really english, therefore any questions or communication was really problematic, also about the enviornment, sights and so on, no real communication could be made. The Wifi was really bad in the room, worked fine in the lobby though. In the area nobody could speak a word in english and even the menus in the restaurants were not available in english. Parking is a pain, beach is very far.

Wifi is not working at all in the room, but you can go to lobbywhere Wifi netwrok is operating.The reception is not 24 hours, most ofthe time, there is nobody to answer at reception.

They areflexible for check in and check out and extending the stay there.Accessto Internet have good speed.
