Review 5：The balcony's floor of the room was creaking a bit, the city center is 10-15 minutes by car. The spa is small (there's only a small pool and sauna), but the fitness center is well equiped.

Review 6：The room was very nice & clean, the breakfast awesome! The lake is around 5-8 minutes walking distance, there's also a great park for kids as well. We had amazing times 3 nights there! :)

Review 7：The shower and the toilet were separated. You don’t have private space, when you leave the shower cabin, and it may be a bit confusing if you share the room with colleague. No balcony in the standard rooms, and they all faced to the parking. The main disadvantage of this hotel was the WiFi connection, which was very slow.

Review 8：The hotel was located so close to the Worhersee lake, 10 mins drive from Klagenfurt, with a big free parking.Reception Team was quite busy, but friendly enough. The room was spacious, very well designed and set up with high attention for details. Ergonomic lights and pictures on the wall make you feel so cosy, like at home. But the windows were soundproof and we didn’t hear anything when they were closed. Room service was good, but there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The hotel’s Spa was perfect (from 7 am till 8 pm) and free for guests. You can enjoy about 5 different saunas, the pool and plenty of space for relax with provided tea/water.

Review 9：THE PERSONEL ON RECEPTION WHEN WE ARRIVED WASNT SO POLITE. AND THE POOL AREA IS SMALL. BUT THE REST WAS GREAT. PERSONEL AT THE BREAKFAST AND BREAKFAST ITSELF WAS AMAZING. ROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN.

Review 10：The sink and shower area were only screened from the bed by a sheet of long strings (modern decor throughout) so if you use the toilet in the night and want to wash your hands, you have to feel your way around in the dark or was your spouse by turning on a light.

Paid almost €400 for 2 nights stay to flee heatwave and could not sleep! Friend and I had booked 2 rooms. Staff mostly not to 4 star level. Worse hotel experience in 4 years living in Austria. Hotel refused any compensation negotiated by booking.com.

Review 25：Very impolite executive staff's rude way of asking about our car in front of the hotel while trying to check in and offloading our car, instead of offering assistance. Inconsiderate and just improper with customers. Should learn better customer service and exchange a few kind words perhaps with a smile?

Review 27：I would recommend this hotel to everybody who travels to Klagenfurt and especially to those with kids. The locations is great, the hotel is on the sea in a green park, outside the city and near to the Minimundus park, which is a must for kids and adults. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, you get a rich breakfast and the spa zone is small but super clean. And its again on the water. Lovely hotel!

Review 30：This is my fifth time to visit klagenfurt yearly and staying at his hotel. Service was great. As usual, I was renting the bicycle around the lake. Not much I can complaint at all. Definitely, will come back here again, even if it is a personal holiday.

Review 61：We spent one night at the Seepark on our way to Slovenia. We wished we'd alotted more time. It's a very modern hotel, but very comfortable. The staff are friendly, well spoken (English) and the grounds are beautiful.

Review 62：some issue with payment. my card was charged 3 times and in total amount is higher then should be. But I hope it will be fixed. We had double bed but with two matraces. It was not very convenient since we sleep together with kid.

Breakfast was very good with good choice, fresh juice etc. Area around the hotel is marvelous with swans in the small lake. And there is absolutely great playground for kids near the hotel, best we have ever seen.

Review 71：It is a business hotel. So it is good to be single there. There is a very trendy bar, Gig, there. The Spa is also great with steam rooms to Sauna. A nice pool. My room was fantastic with an incredible view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Review 72：It was so easy to get here from Klagenfurt station by taxi. A lovely place to stay between two busy cities, as it was so peaceful with lots of open space and fresh air. The playground nearby was the best playground I have ever visited with my 4-year-old. We could have stayed there for hours. The hotel staff thankfully recommended this as something to do with our spare hour before catching the train to Vienna. We pre-booked everything through booking.com for the hotel, as we were arriving late and didn't want too many hassles. It was a perfect choice! Our first-class evening meal was organised for us as soon as we arrived and our son was well catered for. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was an amazing feast of endless choices, worth the money if you have a big appetite, but we did not partake of all that was on offer so it worked out a little expensive, though delicious and healthy. The pool was immaculate and large enough for a decent swim, the room absolutely perfect, and well-equipped, really nothing to complain about. We only wished we could have stayed longer to use the bikes for a ride to the lake.
