Review 1：The bath room not well maintained ,don't understand why they don't make it an effort to clean up the bath room for the guests. Besides that,don't know why the open air top floor not opened for guests to get a good view of town.

Review 3：My room # 304 was old (but came with nice views of the Nile and the Souk). The bathroom was quite dirty. There were some water leaking out to the bedroom because the water drainage system in showering basin was stuck.

Review 4：Staffs were really friendly and helpful. I had just urgently changed my plan from 2 nights staying to 1 night instead, the hotel's staffs tried their best to solve my prior booking via booking.com. It actually passed the cancellation deadline. However, I had been managed to pay only one night plus a small fee that booking.com charged the hotel for its booking service of the other night. Thank you for your kindness. The location is perfect. From Pyramisa Isis Corniche Aswan Resort (or Isis Hotel), El Salaam Hotel is on the opposite side of the street and locates some steps further. Please be aware that the hotel's entrance is in a small alley. Actually the hotel is just next to the Souk. So, enjoy shopping. Nevertheless, you can see panoramic view of the Nile from the hotel's lobby which is on the first floor (2nd level actually). Wifi available in the lobby is quite fast. Best of the best, the hotel can arrange a short tour to Abu Simbel in a very attractive price (140 EGP). Unfortunately, long tour was not available during my visit. Given to the very early trip for Abu Simbel, the hotel managed to send someone to wake me up at 2.45 a.m. and also prepared a breakfast bag for me.

Review 5：very loud as my room was facing the corniche, wifi did not really work very well, place definitly has seen better days.

Review 10：Location. Packed us breakfast in the morning 3:15 am for our trip to Abu Simbel. Good staff. We walked to and from station. Located on the river Nile and close to markets. We checked out in the morning - kept the luggage with the reception until late evening. Learned from the staff that we could book trip to Abu Simbel cheaper from them than what we did on our own - 400 EGP difference fro a private car. If you need to book tours make sure you contact them first.

Review 17：breakfast. very basic but not everyone can eat processed cheese and white bread. In egypt it would be easy to serve the local bread with local cheese. I bought my own and took it up to the rooftop to enjoy the excellent view. The rooim was clean and satisfactory but the bathroom was not so clean and the toilet seat was broken.

Review 19：DON'T account on the staff to book Abu-Simbel tour. The hotel locates in a 24hour market, loud music All Day Long. We didn't sleep for one minute. The price on the internet is cheating, 100 Egyptian Pounds higher than the actual one!!! The AC is very noisy, no hot water, bathroom small and filthy.
