Review 1：1. You can't choose your apartments, they choose them for you, and their choice could be rather far away from your expectations. 2. Check-in should be in their office in Helsinki, even if then you'll have to travel to Espoo to your apartments 3. Time for check-in is between 4pm and 5 pm, and they don't care if you have business during this time frame. 4. You have to return your keys again directly to their office exactly before 11 am, but this doesn't mean that anyone will be there at that time 5. No Wi-Fi in the room, although they promise you one 6. They didn't take away the rubbish from the previous customer in the kitchen 7. Beds were not maked up, the bedlinen was on the beds. You have to make the beds up yourselves 8. TV remote control is out of order, although the Tvset itself is working fine 9. As there is no reception you can't order a taxi if you don't speak Finnish, your English will not help you much as you'll not be able to pronounce their street names. 10. In order to take a taxi and to use free WiFi, I had to go to the nearest mall (Selo) which is near 1,5 km from the apartments
Review 2：Beds themselves! Beds are fine, comfortable and acceptable for a Russian traveller. But everything else was a nightmare!
Review 3：You don't know where you're going to stay until you get the key, so you're lucky if you actually get even close to where you want to be. You can only get the keys between 4pm-5pm, if you get there afterwards you'll have to call Forenom and they will charge you about 70euros (!!) to deliver them. They want you to deliver the keys before 11am (fine enough), but they are not going to be there. Poor service from the staff, way to much extra expenses for things that usually wouldn't cost anything. Not recommended.

Guests arriving on Saturday, Sunday or after 17:00 from Monday-Friday, need to contact the office at least 3 hours in advance and have to pay an additional fee for key delivery. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation.Those wishing to access the internet connection during their stay must note this when booking or contact the office in advance.At Forenom, the style and décor of individual apartments varies and may differ from the photos displayed.Forenom Apartments Espoo may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport prior to check-in.Please note that check-in takes place between 16:00 and 17:00 at Forenom's office. Upon arrival, guests will receive keys and the exact location of the apartment.Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: Forenom's office, Miestentie 1, Espoo 02150.
