Surrounded by a beautiful Alpine panorama, Haus Patricia enjoys a central, south-facing location only a short walk away from the centre of Lofer. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
The rooms and apartments offer mountain views from the balconies. Guests can enjoy the garden with a terrace and a sun deck.
There is also a sauna and a games/bar room with a snooker table. Hiking and mountain biking tours can start right at the guesthouse’s doorstep. Canoeing is possible close by.
The traffic-free centre of Lofer, with its many shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a cable car and a swimming pool, is just a 3-minute walk away from Haus Patricia. The cable car takes you to the Loferalm ski area, which features 36 miles of perfectly groomed slopes.
At a surcharge, an airport shuttle service is available.
From June to September, a local summer card is included in the rate. It ensures free access to the local swimming pools and the cable car can be used free of charge as well.

Review 1：Would be nicer if we could stay with our dog.

Review 2：We like: the lovely town - Lofer; friendly and helpful people - Melinda, who, for example, spent almost an hour explaining the activities we can do in Lofer and the attractions; and Kevin, who repaired a lamp in the dining area, which doesn't really bother, in 10min after we mentioned it. And your dog :P

Review 3：Melinda & Kevin are the best hosts, very friendly, helpful, speaking great English and taking very much care of everything we needed, so that we could enjoy the best vacation. Great view to the mountains from the balcony, good central position of the house on the main road, river behind, silence and fresh air all the time. We fully reccomend Haus Patricia for everybody who enjoys hiking, biking, climbing the mountains or just taking a walk and looking around to the great landscapes.

Review 16：This is such a fantastic find in a beautiful central village setting. The apartment was well equipped, giving the option for self-catering or eating in the many local restaurants. The English owners are delightful and extremely helpful. Taking into consideration the location, facilities and value for money I can not rate Haus Patricia high enough!

Review 18：it is a perfect location for skiing. Very close to the main ski lift (two minutes max walking distance). The land lady,Amanda, is a warm and hospitable person, willing to provide answers,guidance and help you if needed. In general the place was beyond our expectations. Amanda and Richard are perfect hosts. They are always in a good mood and treat everyone as a special guest. They know very well the region and offered us a lot of information about places worth to be visited. This made a big difference for us and we hope we will be back sometime.

Owners had lots of good tips for us for places to go and see, as well as nearby restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great stock of English books and DVD's in the basement, as well as a gorgeous sauna and game room. We will definitely be returning!
