The Aguamar complex is located in southern Tenerife, close to the Los Cristianos Beach. The modern rooms and apartments have a balcony, and there is a swimming pool.

Review 1：I didn't like that there was no free wifi in reception alot of hotels have free wifi nowadays.

Review 2：Cleanliness and no insects or bugs witch you can sometimes get alot of in other hotels and the fact that we could watch tv in english for free on at least 5 chanels great for relaxing jus befour bed .

Review 3：Fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly and brilliant with our young children. Excellent facilities on site. Great resources for children - the play park, crazy golf and of course the pool.

Had to argue with them after being delayed on a plane for 2 hours. So NOT impressed. Had to move rooms the following morning. Very annoying and not impressed.

Review 19：The room was too hot. There was no air con or fan. We couldn't really open the bedroom window as it was along the main corridor and the road noise was very loud as we're people walking past.

Review 20：The communal areas, especially the pool were kept very clean. Pool area was nice and you could usually get a sun bed. I liked that the pool attendant removed the towels from those reserving sun beds.

We didn't complain however as we just stuck with it for the few days we were there. If we'd have paid more than we did and stayed longer we'd have asked for a different mattress.

Review 52：too noisy during the night with bins being emptied and Coaches arriving and departing. I suppose it depends on which side of the building your apartment is. We had stayed at the Aquamar before but a different part. Beds too hard not had a nights sleep.....

Review 105：When we stayed at the aquamar there were extensive works going on to the pool and surrounding areas. This was not brought to our attention before or even when we arrived. There were 5or6 builders tiling and pool and area around it resulting at one point in almost 3/4 of the pool being cordoned off with yellow warning triangles and barriers. Lots of noise/banging and drilling the complete opposite of what you expect from a relaxing holiday. It completely ruined our stay there and we are planning on making a complaint to the hotel to seek compensation. Despite numerous complaints staff were dismissive/rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would encourage anyone looking to book somewhere else!!

Review 106：Pool was small compared to how seen in pictures. Inflatables took over pool space most days. Sunbed area crowded with beds and held with towels from early morning with no-one on them. No apparent kids club despite advertising one.

Review 110：Not enough glasses to drink from - just 6 wine glasses. No tumblers or anything else. Drinking beer from a small wine glass is not ideal. Crockery and utensils were very sparse and frugal - only the bare minimum. No drainer to dry the dishes, the water just ran off the worktop onto the floor. The wifi was painfully slow. At peak times it hardly worked. I paid 20 Euro for a week's access which given the abysmal performance was a rip off. No free wifi in reception.
