Review 1：Hotel is located close to the beach, all the main restaurants and shops. Quite location. Free car park next to the hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Free wi-fi in the bar area.

Review 3：The two bed room apartment only has one single bed and a cot in one of the rooms. Has pull out bed in common area. Bit of a nuisance with 4 stating in apartment. Other issue is wifi - only works on one device per payment. In this day and age not great.

Review 10：Perfectly placed, not too far to walk to bars or beach but not too close to be noisy at night. Cleaned very regularly by friendly staff. Great view on our side of property. Two great pools and plenty of sun loungers. Excellent air con, perfect for hot nights. Private underground parking for very reasonable cost.

Review 11：Accomodation a bit dated but clean and tidy throughout. However trip spoiled by noise from neighbours who liked to sing (badly) at 2am. Others shouted at each other in the corridors as they came back from the bars from 10pm - 2am ish. This was a regular occurrence and because the apartments are away from the main hotel no-one was there to stop them. This was our second stay at the apartments but definitely the last.

Review 21：This hotel may not be for everyone as it is in a fairly quiet location and doesn't have much in the way of entertainment but for us it was perfect as the apartment was well equipped for me to make our daughter's food, we were given a fabulously comfy cot for her and everywhere was spotless. I have never come across such lovely staff. The food was fresh and tasty and it just had a lovely feel. Definitely nicer than the other side of the bay, do not hesitate to book. We loved it!

Review 25：Location is in a quiet spot but less than 5 minutes walk from beach and restaurants although up hill on way back! We were in two bed apartment and although second bedroom only had one single bed we could move the collapsible bed under sofa in to the second bedroom with no problem. Kitchen only suitable for snacks although there is a microwave. Rooms cleaned twice in week we were there.

Review 26：The only thing I didn't like was there was no soft drinks included with the half board evening meal & we didn't realise that untill we arrived the 1st night and had to buy them from the bar staff.

Review 27：I loved everything, the staff were lovely, the rooms where great very well equipped, very clean & comfortable. The pools were excellent with sun beds always available & a table tennis & a pool table in the shade beside the pool were a plus with our older children. Food was lovely, lots to choose from, always warm, hot food cooked in view & well presented.

Review 28：Evening meals were of good quality but became a little repetitive after a week or so. Always good selection of fresh fruit and desserts though (choc fountain).

Review 29：Staff were very friendly and keen to help. Hotel and apartments were spotless. We used the pool in front of the apartments and could always get 5 sunbeds with shade no matter what time we got to the pool. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and each room had an air conditioning unit in it. Breakfast in the main hotel was of a good standard and you were given a table that was yours for the duration of the stay so you were never looking round for a table. Beach was only a few minutes walk away.

Review 30：Ideal spot to allow our teenage boys some independence and explore some night life. Safe walk to bars, about 10 mins. Pool areas peaceful and always run beds. Even in kids school holidays - July - just returned. Apartments lovely and clean and staff very friendly. Santa Ponsa has something for everyone set in a lovely bay.

Review 31：* The walls between the appartments are not too thick so a bit noisy, but it was not really a problem * We had a baby bed in the appartment, that we did not use, so it was okay that the hotel needed it for another family. What we did NOT like was, that they didn't inform us. One day we came back to the appartment, the bed was just removed and some belongings that was laying on the bed was now in the closet! It felt a bit strange and unconfortable.

Review 48：You have to pay for everything the moment you book this place. Ifanything goes wrong, or you have a change of plans, you loose all yourmoney. Our flight with Ryanair was cancelled, and we couldn't getanother flight until 3 days later. And even though I informed the hotelimmediately, they didn't offer any compensation for our loss.
