Review 1：Needs a paint job. Settee uncomfortable to sit on. Lighting very poor. One light hanging in the middle of the room for no obvious reason. Confronted with many rules and prospective penalties. Left feeling ill at ease.

Review 2：The bed was really uncomfortable as was the one thin pillow. It was advertised as having all facilities to self cater & coffee maker. There were 4 expresso sized cups, no kettle, no coffee maker. It was noisy all night. Maybe ok for young couple who don't go to bed til dawn.

Review 3：Location was good. There was an amazing waitress called Stella in the cafe/bar attached who was really helpful. No other staff at aparthotel.

Review 8：We booked the room with the wrong credit card, so when we arrived the staff had no idea about where our room was supposed to be. They called the head office and it asked me for a new CC number over the phone. I said I'd prefer to pay cash, but they said this wouldn't be an option. They got really agitated when I said I wanted to send the new CC number through booking.com. They finally charged the card and let us into the room. What got to me, though, was that until the card was chafged the staff on the phone was rude and condescending, and pretty much treated me like a criminal. It's a nice place and all, but the staff at the head office managed to ruin it for me.

Review 9：The rooms are spacious and clean. The cooking facilities are all up to par and it was nice and cool inside even in the dead of summer. The place is a walking distance from the train station, though it was a little further to the beach.

Review 10：Scruffy area on the wrong side of the railway tracks. Air conditioning hopeless. Lift did not access the garage, had to use the car lift. Kitchen with broken crockery, two saucepans, one without a handle or lid, one without a lid! No kettle.

Review 44：The facilities in the apartment are new, but they are obviously set up for renting. So the quality and level of being practical are quite low. Especially in the kitchen you can find a beautiful hob, but no small cooking facilities like chop board or knife for cutting. Then how can you practically use the kitchen?? We just found most of the things we need are not there. There is no reception at the apartment thus no service. Instead, we found a pile of files, with pictures of each stuff in the apartment labeling the panelty for damage if you make to each of them. This made us feel very bad. On the first day, the wifi didn't work and we were not informed. We tried quite a while to set up the internet connection with our laptop, but couldn't find the network. Then I had to call the owner and was told the wifi was broken. It was Sunday and nobody could come to fix it. Luckily they fixed the wifi on the next day as promised. The soundproof of the room is not good. We could hear our neighbour. The underground garage is small. You need a key to open the lift of the garage and drive in. The drive way is quite short and we worried about the rent car. I just want to say that it's acceptable to cut cost by minimizing human resources investment in operating the apartment, but it doesn't mean the owner doen't need to be welcoming and provide service.

Review 45：The location is at the city center, close to the sea side. The facilities are new. The room is clean. My baby clawned on the floor and his socks were just a bit dirty, not too bad.

Review 46：1) Poor lighting (in the evening it wasn’t enough for reading). 2) The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, there weren’t chopping board and knife. 3) During our first taking a shower, we noticed that water didn’t sink and we made a little flood in the bathroom. To continue washing I had to clean a sewer by myself and found there a big heap of hairs and mud.
