Review 1：Shabby, small apartment, not all lights working, safe broken, hard beds, little space for four. Low-quality sofa bed not made up as promised. Were asked to do it ourselves. Given sheets with holes in them and no pillow cases.

Review 3：The apartment we got the first day/night was not very nice and it was very badly located, close to a lot of noise from the bar. The apartment we got the 2nd day was nice although the beds were hard as rock! Otherwise it was a nice apartment. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything that was happening outside and also from the other apartments close to ours. So we recommend bringing ear plugs. Usually it was quiet around midnight but we could hear everyone who were coming home after midnight, if they were talking together. The towels smelled moldy. The wi-fi was not good and very slow.

Review 4：The location was very good, not too far from the beaches and a lot of nice restaurants in the area. Took only about 20-30 minutes to walk to the Playa de las Americas. The beaches are excellent in Los Christianos. The pools and the garden were great. Nice apartment we got the 2nd day even though the beds were hard as rock. Cleaned very well. The staff was nice in general, especially one lady (with curls and dark hair) who was very helpful.

Review 5：We booked 8 months before we stayed and requested a quiet 2 bedroom apartment away from the road and bars as we have 2 young children who go to bed around 7-8pm. Also emailed them directly several times in the month before we arrived but got no response. Arrived late on Christmas Eve with 2 tired kids and were given an apartment right on the main road with noisy traffic and cars beeping all night. We complained but were told there were no other apartments available. The bars and clubs were all pumping out loud music with drunk people wailing down microphones until 3am. None of us slept. Went to Reception the next morning, woman was very rude & unhelpful so we insisted we were moved or we would demand a refund and would find somewhere else to stay. After an hour of persisting she admitted there was another apartment free (after lying and saying she didn't have anything) but they were going to keep it free in case anyone decided to book & arrive (on Christmas Day!). In short we received dreadful customer service, were moved after a fight to another noisy apartment overlooking the other end of the road and bars (which we were assured would be quiet) and after another 2 nights with disturbed sleep moved to a 1 bedroom apartment facing the pool. The hotel restaurant and bar had blaring music and drunk people shrieking until the early hours & kids left on their own to run around the pool shouting & screaming while their parents got drunk. We've had holidays in Tenerife at other resorts which were great but unless you like getting drunk until 3am, non stop road noise, singing & shrieking until 3am combined with terrible customer service then you may be best to look elsewhere.

Bedroom window faces internal walkways, where boorish neighbors often decide it's perfectly acceptable to be very loud as they come and go, even late at night.

Very quiet needs a bit of background music round pool area. didn't see need to chain sunbeds up every night, and felt intimidated by man who came round to do it at the same time and didn't like it if you were still round pool at 6/6.30pm, we paid for a holiday to enjoy the pool but went to beach everyday for comfort and no one waiting or telling us to leave.

Review 45：The state of the apartment was poor., obviously very old. Everything looked bad, scratched, broken, no single plate or cup was the same. The kitchen was really unpracticle, small, not working properly, not any sharp knife in the house. No warm water initially (but fixed within one day), the watercooker was filled with chunks of dirt. The bathroom contained many places in the walls where there had ever been hooks, shelves or a cupboard, but nothing of it was left. The towels were placed in the bidet as this was better then placing them on the floor. Signs in the swimming pool area that sunbeds cannot be reserved and towels will be removed, but the fact is that people are standing in line in the morning, waiting till the sunbeds are unchained, to place their towel on it and walk away. And not any towel is removed so they'd better remove the warning sign. Every evening lots of noise from the karaoke-bar (or was it a band with really bad singers?) accross the street, till late.

The personnel at reception kept telling us to send the email to their email address and they would print them but after sending numerous emails they said that none were received. Basically they don't print them even though we said that we would pay and if we were notified initially when we inquired we would have looked for alternative arrangements and would not have been stressed. I would go back as I now know where to get my boarding passes printed. The only negative experienced bar the cloudy weather.

Lots to look at while having drinks on the balcony. The food at the HG Tenerife Sur hotel was brilliant as was the Italian restaurant , Margaritas cabaret and restaurant . Good quiz night at bar opposite apartment. Very close to a good Sunday market also. Will definitely go back to there.

Review 111：The cleanliness of the appartment was not good it was very dated and tatty the cleaner appeared twice in two weeks and i had to ask for clean towels and bedding the furniture was old and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.There was one sofa for six people i had to pay for an iron a tv and the safe also leave deposits on all three . If you paid for the wifi you had to stay in reception to get a signal also .The appartment had no utensils for cleaning and as the cleaner didn't show up it wasn't pleasant to have messy floor and i purchased cleaning fluid to keep the place clean .we found several cocroaches in the appartment very dissapionting .However as a family we did not allow this to spoil our holiday .

Review 119：A lot of steps! Our apt was on top floor, no lifts, it's a struggle with suitcases. You need to be up and queuing for sunbeds and space at the pool by 8am. There is no management of this at all so it is bedlam. For such a big complex, there was not enough space for the loungers around the pools. Not a lot of evening entertainment for families/children in the area.

Review 120：Great size apartment, we booked a 2 bed. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Great location for beach and ideally located for free buses to/from attractions like Siam Park, Loro Parque etc. 2 supermarkets on site and plenty of places to eat close by.

The staff couldn't be any more friendly and helpful and the remembered the kids from there other visits, it felt like a home from home. The food was good and our apartment was fantastic. the town centre is only a 5 minute walk down the hill where you also have the 2 fantastic beaches. We will definitely be goig back and staying at hg Cristian sur!!!!!
