Review 1：Apartments could do with a good coat of paint . Also new towels and bed linen are badly in need .

Review 2：Sunbeach is central to everything . Beach is just a 1 minute walk and shops bars and restaurants all close by .

Review 3：No air conditioning, although there are air con units in the living room and bedroom they don't work, the apartments get very hot even at night, I would not like to be there in the hight of summer.

Review 4：The apartment was basic but was fine for what we wanted, it was a sun trap, very hot sitting out on the terrace, if your a sun worshipper this apartment is ideal, we had to go to the beach to get cool, (not a complaint). The apartment was spotless and fresh towels brought up everyday, the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 5：Got pick pocketed on the 3rd night just outside the complex. More like a mugging to be honest. I would recommend staying in a hotel rather than these apartments. Noise goes on until 6am every night. Beds very uncomfortable

Review 9：Very slow wi-fi, cost 15euros for week and it is only for one device. If you have more than one ie phone and tablet or laptop you need to spend another 15 euros to have wifi. Very loud bar at the antrance to hotel. We could hear music at night even with windows closed.

Review 11：One of the lifts was out of order for a time but this was due to torrential rain and the staff were doing all they could to rectify this.

Review 15：We were there to go hiking. So the quality of the hotel didn't really matter. But the surrounding have a lot of activities all the time, so we did not have time to be bothered.

Review 16：Very poor internet connection. We paid 9 euro (for 3 days) and only one of us could use it with limited connection. Gentleman at the reception didn't tell us about it before purchase and didn't want to help us, loud neighbours.

Review 31：We have just returned from the Sun Beach after a week golfing and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was great next to shops , restaurants and bars. We were made to feel at home. There were quite a few elderly Norwegians who were very friendly and gave us advice. The hotel was very clean and quiet at night. the rooms were comfortable and we had a great view. We were impressed with how near it was to three very good golf courses. It was excellent to relax at this time of the year, we will definitely be going back.

Review 32：Pool a little small for amount of guests they can cater for. 1 member of staff was very ignorant, changed towels after 2 days, but done nothing else in apt. Bar adjoined to complex was closed. Stayed in a different apt, on last day, as late check-out----this was very old and grubby. Would have complained if we had been given this for our stay.

Review 33：Lovely apt, with a patio area, no noise from strip but we could see everything from our apt, i.e. beach/strip/etc. Literally perfect location, no taxi's needed for eating/drinking out. Great sunbathing spot. Would stay in these apts again.

Review 97：The apartments are very basic and a bit tired. Don't expect air con, TV or even carpets. The worst problem with ours was that it was smelly. We have stayed here in the past and this has not been evident.

Review 98：We visit the resort out of season and the clientèle is mature and mainly German pleasant people. The location is excellent, right in the centre of town and there is easy parking at the back of the hotel. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. The upper levels are serviced by lifts.

Review 99：'Excellent winter break' We stayed there and it proved to be an ideal holiday for us. Excellent value for money. Its location was next to the shops, close to the beach and was a very good base from where to explore the surroundings. We did some nice walks. Staff and guests were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. In particular the long term residents were very helpful in recommending walks and bargains! The accommodation and facilities were kept very clean. We had some delicious food in the restaurants around the hotel, surprisingly good for winter. We will definitely be staying there again for a longer period. It has been a very relaxing holiday away from the cold.

Review 100：I have stayed at Sun Beach six times this season and many years beforemostly with my 80yr old mother.I Am also disabled and use awheelchair/crutches and the staff are very helpful towards me byputting me into a room next to the lift.

Review 109：Female receptionist was extremely rude, politically incorrect, ignorant and unhelpful. Although expecting the accommodation to be basic, there is a certain standard expected and we did not expect to have sheets with holes in, dirty stained mattresses, a shower that flew off the wall every time it was turned on. The maids came once in 4 days just to dump (clean) towels on our table, no cleaning of any kind took place at all. There were cockroaches in the bath and in the public areas of the grounds.
