Review 11：Most of the staff were very friendly, especially danny and jack in the animation team and the guy at reception. Food was ok, not bad for th price. Location remote, but bus stop right outside, beach very close.

Review 12：Avoid block 1...Rooms right near the stage for the dreadful 'entertainment' so no chance of getting to sleep if you wanted to before 1am. And a strange pump or generator that went off for 18 seconds... then silent for 6, then on again for 18... all night, every night. I haven't slept for 5 days lol

Review 20：Terrible service particularly on the upfront desk. Extremely noisy and many rooms are facing the bar/pool area. Noise is supposed to stop at 1130pm but this doesn't happen in practice and can continue until 130 or 2am. Which is not good if you are trying to sleep and or have children that go to bed earlier. Hotel doesn't do any effort to ensure guests stop making noise late at night. Front desk reception sold us tickets for a ferry that didn't accept luggage; even though we bought them while doing our check out with all our luggage. People at the ferry told us that the hotel is responsible for warning us about the luggage limitation, and therefore should reimburse our money. Nevertheless, when we contacted the hotel's front desk, they mentioned that it's responsibility of the customer to ask! So they didn't reimburse our money, and we had to pay for another ferry.

Review 24：It was a problem to get on internet. The staff had to help out 2 times. Why not just make it an OPEN wifi? Where there is no login requiered. That would be much better One more important thimg for me: PLEASE MAKE IT SO THAT THERE ARE NOT ONLY BRIGHT LIGHTS IN THE ROOM BUT ALSO A SOFT LIGHT BY THE BED. THATS MORE ROMANTIC

Review 26：I didn't get any sleep or rest. They play music and have a dj in the middle of the hotel . It's very loud. I went to this place to relax! If I wanted to party, I would have stayed in a cheaper and nicer hotel in Ibiza Town.

Review 29：Our room was just next to the bar and swiming pool, so there was noise from the daily night shows until midnight. We had to leave at 6h00, and when I went to the shower the water was cold! The reception told me there had been a problem with the boiler, but I suspect that maybe they turned it off during the night.

Review 30：Great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were good, with everthing you need (and you don't have to pay for water in dinner time, like you usally have to in half board). The hotel borrows beach towels (10e deposit), and there are hairdriers and safes in the rooms (at least on the one we stayed). The wi-fi worked without a problem.

Review 35：The first rooms we were offered were not good and later changed to better ones. Incessant music from a loud cheesy cabaret show every evening. We had a power cut. Late night receptionist wasn't friendly. Agreed a late check out only after having to insist. Many all inclusive families who seemed to spend all their time and had all meals at the hotel, so in fairness it was rather full. Had to leave a deposit for beach towels. Shampoo and soap in room was not replaced. No assistance with luggage. The experience really could so easily be made much better. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful but there were quite a lot of complaints from other guests about various things. One of our friends room's had loads of ants. We spent as little time at the hotel as possible.

Review 36：It was relatively inexpensive, most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is a short drive from some very nice beaches and areas. The breakfast wasn't the worst I've had. The main receptionist Kerry was very nice, friendly and professional.

Review 52：Most important transfer time to this hotel for the airport is very good less than 1 hour. Thought the Hotel was comfortable the staff very helpful and friendly. Review 58：We booked the hotel due to its perfect location next to beautiful Cala Tarida beach. We didn't expect much of it since it was only 2 stars. But we were surprisingly impressed with a big green territory with 3 pools, cleanliness, evening entertainment programs and especially food! There was a variety of meat and seafood dishes, vegetables, fruits and deserts. The quality and taste of food was awesome, I think I even gained couple kilos. The beach was really good, we travelled around the island, visited other beaches recommended, but every time we thought that Cala Tarida was the best. It is rather big, tranquil and picturesque. There are also relaxing cafés with lounge music around. So looks like we had a perfect vacation due to the right choice if the place to stay. I would highly recommend the hotel to all types of visitors and hope to come again.

Review 59：There is a stage with entertainment every night until midnight & itis so loud! We struggled to get to sleep. The rooms could do with aupgrade but they're fine if you're out a lot!

Review 67：We have just come back from a 4 night stay for a friends wedding we attended as Cas Mila. The location couldn't of been better. It's a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. The hotel is only a 2 star so to be honest I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms are basic but very clean and everything you need. We had the most fantastic view of the beach from our balcony. My only complaint is we were in block 2 over looking the pool and entertainment area which could be a bit noisy at times. My only other complaint was the food was always a little on the cold side. Other than that I can't praise the hotel enough.

Review 71：Food was varied and good but always cold even if you were first in the queue. The door lock on the downstairs ladies cloakroom would not lock which could be embarrassing and the lift to the upper floors had a problem with the doors jamming shut when you were trying to leave the lift.

Review 92：Staying for a friends wedding and I just wanted some where away from the crowds and classy from the chaos of clubland Ibiza. The hotel is great - very clean and the staff were brilliant. The animation team were always friendly and constantly trying to get people involved. I only had breakfast included which was very plentiful with masses of choice. My room was basic-ish but great for a 2 star hotel. The aircon worked which was a god send. My room was away from the main pool so I never had any trouble with noise at night. Cala tarida is a beautiful little place although this is also it's down side. If you're a young 'un looking for the party scene then don't come here. If want to see a hidden away gem of pure beauty and calmness, then definitely come here. The beach is beautiful and the sea is crystal blue. There are some great restaurants right on the beach serving all kinds of exquisite yummyness too.

Review 94：Great location close to supermarkets and right near the beach (although quite a few steps down and up!). Clean room and we had amazing sea views. We were in Cala Tarida for a wedding and were at a friends villa every day so didn't use the pool etc but was lively. Staff were helpful too.

Review 95：The hotel is a club and is for families with kids. If you're a couple with no kids avoid the place... unless you adore screaming kids and families....The dining/breakfast room lacks charm and is very noisy and hectic. Some improvement could be made there....

Review 96：The location is excellent if you wish to be close to a very pretty bay with clear beautiful water. The value for money is good. I was there in August so it was pretty packed but if you go there in June or July it should be great. However make sure you rent a scooter and you are able to move from around the island and visit it. There are a lot of nice bays and San Antonio is fun during the evenings. If you need to stay only in one location and you don't have kids, then avoid the hotel as it is very very very noisy until midnight. If you wish to relax in a zen place this is not for you!

Review 98：The food is a bit boring, and only for the strong stomaches. Staff is very strict with the eating schedules, as dinner is only served until 21:30 which is a joke unless you are 70+... The packed lunch is no more than some dry snacks a cheap juice and an apple that is not going to survive for the rest of the day. ---- There is no acoustic privacy on the room, we experienced some wild XXX moments courtesy of the couple next door around 5am for 2 days in a row, the next day was a group of girls chit chatting all night...sleep quality is not good at all!!! Animation in the hotel is a bit cheesy and very child oriented. Pool chairs are always in use, as people go eat/sleep leaving their towels to save the chair, and this can be all day long... Location/transportation - this part of Ibiza is the worst in terms of bus schedules. 4 or 5 buses a day to San Antoni and thats it. To sum it up, I only used the hotel as a base to sleep and save money on meals, as I went to Ibiza to spend the day (and night). I won't be back to Cala Tarida, not my cup of tea, but I will come again to Ibiza next year to spend my holidays in Eivissa city.

Review 99：This place can be a money saver if you are on a tight budget, the all inclusive option can save you money, if you are not too picky with the food, accomodation and place location. If you only want to relax its great, but if you want to experience the night life this is not for you, as there is nothing exciting nearby. You can however use this place as a base to explore the rest of the island but you really need a car, as the bus routes from here are extremely limited.

Review 103：Worst customer service I have seen yet. I have travelled extensively in the past 15 years, from b&b to more luxury hotels, and I have never seen such a lack of caring for their customers. If you lock yourself out of your room at night: they just leave you there with no alternatives! The management is behind its employees and stands by their (appalling) decisions so no help there. If you can (and you should) go elsewhere.
