Review 1：Fantastic food, the best all inclusive meals we have had. Always something different and views from the restaurant are wonderful and you have the option to eat outside on the terrace. Cannot fault the food, views and service. Some apartments have fantastic views of the sea and mountains. We booked last minute and our apartment lacked the great views but still a great holiday and would return. Free minibus to town and beach is a bonus but if your fairly fit take the steps down. There are some about 150m down the road or the ones opposite the pool take you to a great place for swimming in the sea. There are a lot of steps but its worth the effort. Huge apartment with the ability to make tea and coffee plus a full size fridge. English channels on the TV if you look hard. Did I mention the fantastic food and views.... All in all a great place to stay and very good value.

Review 2：Garden is not regularly cleaned Not very well designed and built apartmant: for example the bathroom door opens into the bathroom leaving no space to move inside and leaving a lot of space outside of the bathroom Furniture and bathroom seem funtionable but are lacking of good looks That goes for the whole resort.

Review 4：Entertainment poor this year. Been past 4 years. A group of Manchester people took over 2 nights with awful entertainment. Bingo advertised every night only in 2 nights.

Review 6：The view from our room was amazing ! The staff were all very friendly ! Yes it's up a hill but honestly the walk down is fine and its 4 euros in a cab back or a nice stroll !! For the money you couldn't even complain about the food, good choice all edible ! Did miss a good cuppa so pack some tea bags !

Review 7：This is the 4th time I've stayed at Club Santa Ponsa in the last 5yrs. The views are fabulous, the apartments are basic but they are large and clean and the staff are friendly and professional. There are a lot of steps and hills and it's the only holiday where I get home fitter than when I left. I find Santa Ponsa itself a very safe place to visit and I'll be going again next year.

Review 8：Noisy hen & stags around both pools. 170 approx steps to get to strip. Not much to do when weather got bad.

Review 14：With no air conditioning the rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. We had to hire 5 fans for us all. I think fans should have been in all the rooms without charge. Unfortunately not enough sun beds for even half the guests. After a few days the food became quite boring so we ate out a few times. Wifi was hit and miss. My friends room was not as described, no terrace/balcony, no hob to make tea, shower flooded the room each time it was used.

Review 15：Most of the staff were friendly. The view was fabulous. Entertainment staff did a super job.

Review 16：A long way to walk to the beach because of the 216 (?) steps down to it. Ok for us. And for the lacy ones there is a free shuttle bus every day. Otherwise nothing else.

Review 17：The staff was really great. Our apartment also (nr 204) with a great big terass and lovely views. The food was good, a lot of variations every day Good with free parking. Ok entertainment in the evenings, especially for my 7 year old daughter. Great pool. Very nice. We (me and my daughter) spent a nice couple of days at the hotel and really recommend it!

The further 117 steps from the hotel to the road to the town mean that a car or taxi are essential even for the fittest of guests.The comment on pevious revues that people unsteady on their feet must be the understatement of the year.The lack of air con would make the hotel rooms unbearable in the June to September period.

Review 38：A most stunning traditional accommodation with beautiful views and a feeling of tranquillity whilst only being minutes from centre of santa ponsa. To be all inclusive and have your drinks served in glasses except when at the pool was such a bonus. The restaurant with white linen table cloths and excellent international food plus a different theme each night was such a pleasure to dine in. The staff were so pleasant and helpful at all times and the outstanding terrace overlooking the bay whilst dining was truly stunning. All staff at club santa ponsa were excellent with plenty of activities for all ages to take part in. Well done Lucy and her team. Club Santa Ponsa is excellent value for money with quality and high standards. I came home on the 5th August after a 7 day holiday and have recommended Club Santa Ponsa to all my friends and family. I can not wait to return again. Thank you for a fantastic holiday in such a beautiful location.

Also people have them on their balconies which are not even been used. Management need to really sort this out! Had to lie on my towel twice by the pool!!!!

Review 57：Just back from a 8 night stay at club Santa Ponsa! Staff all lovely. Great activities throughout the day for both adults and kids with Lucy and her team. Food great, such a variety every day! Pool was lovely. Hotel does not put up with any messers on stag parties or hen parties which is good. Review 60：Large appartments, beds comfy, great views. All inclusive prices make this place unbelievable value for money. We used it as a base for a hiking weekend and had a great time.

Review 61：Rooms were quite basic. We went All Inclusive and the apartment did have a small kitchen there were no tea making facilities. If you wanted a cup of tea first thing or late evening you had to get it from the cafe if it was open - not convenient in your jammies!!! They also did not provide hair dryers.

Review 67：The moldy smell/musty odor in the room. The hotel room was provided with a cockroach spray, which wasn't expected! The TV is very old/ancient and if you want a remote control for it-you must pay €30 deposit for it. The advertised (take away) 'packed lunch' is beyond a joke:slices of toast filled with Nutella, one slice of ham, or one slice of cheese-You have to see it to believe it! The towels and bed linen don't get changed daily, it's been mentioned on the welcome leaflet. One member of the reception staff refused my fiance to use the one and only toilet in the bar/reception area after the last orders, even though the barman had approved it first, this male receptionist denied a toilet access and that is NOT acceptable behavior from a member of staff, especially in a hospitality industry.

The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!
