Review 1：pool on first floor, shaded a lot of day and freezing 5 euros for air con... not to bad tho worked fine wifi is awful

Review 3：We had to get a ticket every day for wifi, yes was free but didnt last long, approx an hour a day, staff said it should last a month , nowhere near, was quite inconvenienta mix

Review 5：Hot water took a long time to come through. Had to leave shower running for about 5 mins before getting hot which is waste of water. Pressure not great either.

Review 6：Very roomy one bed apartment just a few mins walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Plenty of off street parking outside hotel. WIFI was good once you worked out system of going through portal to connect. Swimming pool area was very quiet when we were there (late September) so plenty of sunbeds available. Pool very cold! Overall a very nice apartment in quiet but pleasant resort.

Review 7：We were upgraded to a Suite as it was available at no extra cost. This was our third stay at the Fenix and we find it central to the places we like to go, convenient, friendly and clean. Staff are great.

Review 26：the Fenix is in a very quiet location, next to great amenities, staff are very friendly & helpful & you are left alone & not bothered as in so many other hotels & apartments but staff are at hand to help if need be. There are some great bars located very closely like The Little Red Lion, Gerardos, Bandera Verde & the Colosimo bar that has 2 for 1 drinks all day. There is also a pharmacy 1 minute walk away.

Review 27：The actual town was awful. It blew a Gale the whole time we were there and according to locals always does. The beach is gravel and the worst thing was my handbag was stolen either from a local bar or from the apartments with all documents, passports, lots of cash, credit cards etc,etc. Not happy.
