Review 8：Fully Inclusive food overall not brilliant, but some nice touches such as ice cream machine, fresh baguettes, chocolate fountain, roast meat and the cooked breakfasts were very good. However, main meals were very hit-and-miss (mostly misses) and pasta option very basic/boring (some nights under cooked and hardly any sauce). Good option to eat at lunchtime in the snack/bar area with a choice of hot dog or burger and chips all freshly cooked. Rooms very basic and compact (ie small!). Wouldn't wanted to have self-catered. Sunbeds an issue in the busy August period we stayed. Also guests from across the road coming in to use the pool/sun beds (they are not supposed too). We had to get up before 7.30am to 'reserve them' ie towels down. Daytime entertainment a bit of let down. Some water polo organised but that's about it.

Review 9：Great location. Ten minutes walk from town and beach. Two lovely swimming pools and great for guests with younger kids/toddlers who will love the toddler pool with slides. Our older kids made friends and got talking to one of the life guards who was good fun. Lovely bar area and loads of fully inclusive 'local' drinks - not just beer and wine. Cocktails too. Slushies for the kids and a choice of mini milks or ice cream tubs. Evening entertainment was some of the best we have seen. Great Abba tribute, magician/acrobat, really funny comedian who had us in fits of laughter! Highly recommended. Snack bar serves great hamburgers and hot dogs/chips when you get board of eating across the road in the restaurant. Bar staff and waitresses all very friendly. We had a great holiday!

Review 13：The accommodation has had major refurbishment since last year and is greatly improved. All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Wouldn't normally return to the same place twice but glad I was persuaded

Review 14：Rules about reserving pool-side beds were never enforced. We had to get up every morning before 6am in order to get a decent position/bed (some beds are in shade). Large groups taking up 10+ beds (they said they were getting up at 5:30 am!!!) and also, people from sister hotel (across road) were sneaking in to use the pool as it was bigger. Breakfast was the best meal. Rest of the food was ok but as you were eating with guests of the sister hotel, there was never enough of the hot food. Also, doors/windows in dining area were always open and there were loads of flies on all of the food.

Review 15：Good location, rooms decent and air-con worked well. One reception staff was very good but the rest never even their lifted heads to say hello (may be how guests from across the road were sneaking in - not difficult as they have different coloured bands on their wrists). Most of bar staff were really good. Cleaning staff were very good. Would recommend for families with younger children and would only recommend self-catering as All-Inclusive is not worth the money. You are 5 min walk to beach and shops/restaurants.

Review 16：The staff were over worked, waiting staff and cleaners especially were extremely busy, a less frequent but better quality cleaning service would suffice. Had issues with ant infestation but this was addressed. Entertainment was very inconsistent from terrific to terrible. Some music by the pool would have been lovel too (that was the only thing missing).. Oh and the policy on reserving loungers was not enforced consistently and a cause of frustration for many guests.

Review 17：Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we found the staff excellent and the kids loved them, pools and play areas were very good too, close to resort but in a very quiet area. Food was great value and the all inclusive seemed great value, with a 3 day option available. Maria, Lisa and Miguel have to get a super special mention as they were awesome! The kids adored them.

Review 18：Back from a weeks stay in the Jutlandia 4 weeks ago.Stayed with my husband and two children. From the moment we arrived at the Jutlandia till the day we left i cant say enough about these apartments! The reception staff were absolutely amazingly helpful.nothing was too much. The way they dressed was just impeccable!Reception area beautiful, cleaners were all day cleaning and shining this area. Bar was great. Reasonably priced, great food and again lovely staff.In particular one lovely girl. She worked so hard day and night. Bar area beautiful. Apartments were fab!all revamped!lovely hot showers every day and night.good air con,clean towels every single day. Pool was brilliant. All great with the kids at kids club.That didnt bother us as our kids are 13 and 17. The one thing i would say is maybe some entertaiment for the older kids might be an idea!! And WIFI was a bit of a dose!It didn't bother me but my lads were a bit annoyed!then again that is just a teenager winch! When we go back to Santa Ponsa i will be booking here again. Wouldn't waste my time surfing the net for apartments.These had everything! a minute walk to the roundabout which brought you to the many restaurants and bars.Thanks to everyone at the Jutlandia for making our week fabulous!see ye again

Review 19：We did not understand that the stafs why can not say hello if you meet them. It is a frendly and a family hotel where little the frendly stafs and where you can not choose food your children.

Review 27：We stayed for a week in the self catering apartments about 40 of us for a family wedding. It was fantastic, staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough for us. The place was spotless. Kids had a ball. So good we are all thinking of making a yearly holiday of it together.

Review 28：We just returned from 11 nights in Jutlandia and could not have been happier to have chosen this resort to spend our holidays. Perfect for families with young kids, plenty to keep them occupied, the various pools, splash pool with slides, indoor play area, outdoor playground etc. The nightly entertainment was excellent for both the small kids (night disco) and parents, some of the highlights being Michael Jackson and the new Jersey Boys. In general the variety on offer night after night was impressive. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and were very pleased with what was on offer. The variety for all meals were very good with different options for dinner every night, would recommend this option, drinks also included, very good value. The apartments were fine, had all the facilities you would require. The layout of the resort is great, every apartment has a balcony looking out on to the pool and entertainment area so we were able to enjoy the nightly entertainment after our daughter went to bed. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so no danger of being kept awake by noise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone with young kids

Review 32：Staff are all lovely, from reception, to restaurant, the Children facilities is amazing, both annemarie and edel are great with the kids, my daughter loved the club house and helped her make friends. The life guard maguel Is very friendly and great with the kids.The staff put a bottle of complimentary wine in our room when it was my mother's birthday. Lovely surprise.

Review 37：Over all had a lovely stay here but the buffet food could have been a bit better. Plenty of options but very little option of roast or mashed potatoes. Mostly chips and some of the meat was a bit undercooked at times which isn't to everyone's liking.

Review 40：I liked the apartment setting and balcony. The grounds were beautiful. It was so quiet after midnight you could hear a pin drop. The front desk staff, especially Damion, were wonderful. They were very personal people, they were my travel advisors as to where to go on the island, what to see. I felt like they were friends more than front desk staff. I was stuffed every day with the constant flow of food. I would definitely return to Jutlandia if I visit the island again. Thank you so much for being so good to us.

Review 41：I'm afraid to say that we were not keen on the 9pm disco every night. We are a very quiet family and we wdre not aware that this would happen. This is our only gripe.

Review 42：The staff were just lovely. The pool was excellently clean and our rooms were cleaned every day. The site was immaculate and close to a nice beach. The other families were polite and relaxed which gave a nice atmosphere.

Review 48：Our second visit to Santa Ponsa having stayed at the Globales Pionero last year. We thought we'd try an alternative hotel this time on an All Inclusive basis and it proved to be an excellent decision.The Jutlandia apartments are situated about 100metres from the main square where the buses for Palma, Portals, Andraxt etc' all stop and there is very little(if any) external noise from bars, clubs & roads.The staff were, without exception, extremely friendly and helpful on all occasions. It was clear that they were a happy group and the Manager (apologies for forgetting the lady's name) must take a lot of credit for engendering such spirit.The quality of the apartments was above average with a functional kitchenette and beds that were a notch above the average hotel. It should also be pointed out that they were very clean and maid service very efficient.Food was the only aspect that we were slightly disappointed with. Meals are served across the road in it's sister hotel The Plazamar and we found the selection and quality to be of a lesser standard than in other similarly rated hotels we have experienced. This is a small gripe as it was all edible if a little repetitive.Front of house were top notch and couldn't do enough to assist on the odd occasion we required it.The pool area is quite large and comfortably caters for all guests who required a sunbed. The terrace bars overlook the pools so parents can always keep an eye on the children.Entertainment was offered on alternative nights and as we were only there for a long weekend we only managed to see the mime artist, who was excellent, and the Illusionist....who wasn't! Less said the better on that one! It was clear that the Kids club entertainer, Adele, had the kids eating out of her hands and was certainly an asset to the hotel.Drinks on the AI basis were all pretty standard, your beers, wines, sangria, shorts & a good selection of cocktails.

Review 57：Pictures look much better than reality, all pine furniture and everything else is quit old but seems to work in the apartment. Worst toilet paper location in bathroom. Hard to open and close sliding front door, again, because it's old. TV remote 20 euro deposit. Safe 18eu/7days.Internet 512kb/s 20eu 7 days ONE DEVICE ONLY 1024kb/s 30eu. No Air conditioning remote, just On/Off button on the wall. All Inclusive untill 11pm, after that two glasses of local 12% wine will cost 3eu. While taking a shower water temperature will drop sudenly or will get very very hot, wich might burn you, be carefull. Saw the same 1ltr Vodka bottle in shop for 5eu. Gives an idea of other drinks quality. 9pm they start a children mini disco with same songs every evening, so it gets very noisy and loud, 10pm various shows. so no sleep for the kids untill 10:30pm. try to get a room as far away from the bar, but i heard receptionist saying that they keep scandinavians and germans there english and eastern europeans are accomodated in the noisiest area, but closer to exit and bar. very poor all inclusive snack menu, cocktails, wouldn't even try. we will not come back there.

Review 58：Family with two boys 4 & 1 Year old. Friendly staff. Good location, about 10-15min walk to the beach. 5min to closest bar. 20min walk to the big mountain with a viewing platform at the top, wich we found accidently, when you'll be on the beach look on your left for a cross, you can walk right up there, just take some water :)Spacious rooms. Cleen and good poll area including all three pools. Serving local wine. Electric bike rental, but we rented from RAD international, wich is in hotel bahia del sol because they didn't have seat for kids. overall rating 5/10

Review 61：Stayed for one week in September 2014. Good location, lots to do in Santa Ponsa and good entertainment. Lots of places for eating. Would recommend the Jaggy Thistle which is a short walk away.

Review 62：we had a corner ground floor room, which despite the fact we stayed in August, had a damp feel about it. Costumes/towels would not dry outside as there was little direct sunlight.The fridge was not clean and very old.I could not boil and egg as the water simply did not get hot enough. We has ants in one of the beds on the first day (which were dealt with quickly) but very off putting. asked for a change of room but the place was full until the day before we were due to go home (no point in moving then) I know people love this complex so that is why I feel I must have been unlucky with the room. it was right next to the laundry which started working quite early in the morning which did not bode well for a lie in !!

The apartments we're a good size, with nice bathroom facilities. The beds and bed couches alike we're very cosy. The kitchen was modest but done the job for our time. The staff we're very friendly and also very helpful to any of the needs we had.

Review 77：First of all the all inclusiive is quite bad your only alowed to eat tofrom 8 to 10 in monring then 2 to 4 then 7:9 . after that you cant getany food. Plus you have to walk accros the road to another place to eat.With the alcohol can only drink certain alcohols from 9 to 11. and theapartments on the ground floor has ants every where within the kitchen .and the food is the same every day.

Review 81：The apartment was very basic. We didn't cook there but can imagine it wouldn't be very practical. Sofa / day beds in living area ok but a bit uncomfortable due to thin foam mattress. Lots of ants in the apartment despite us not storing any food there during our stay. We did complain about these but they came back almost immediately. Quite expensive for a week at over a thousand euros tho. Other guests left empty plastic cups and rubbish all over poolside area along with old unwanted inflatables left in and around the pool made the place a bit untidy which is a shame as the staff have the grounds and gardens in great condition.

Review 82：Location is great our family stayed a short distance away which was handy and it's just outside the main town centre away from all the noise and bustle later at night. The kids loved the huge pool area and spent lots of time in it. The gardens around the pool area were well kept and looked great.
