Reviews for Casa Castell
Review 1：The water heater did not work so we had no hot water for showers our whole stay. We did get a slight discount, but will be contacting the owner to ask for further compensation. There is no parking facility and you cannot drive up to the house due to the steepness and narrowness of the streets. We contacted the property manager about the situation the day we arrived, he did not respond for more than 24 hours, but it took him until our third day to come and look and were told we were unlucky as the water heater was in fact broken and could not be fixed as it was a weekend. We only had a 4 day trip, so it was inconvenient and unpleasant that we were not able to have warm showers (especially as were were staying for a friends wedding) - we felt very disappointed and that not much effort was made to rectify the situation
Review 2：The property and village is very quaint and clean with everything you need for a short self catering stay. There are 2 mini supermarkets in the village and a few bars and restaurants. The Property is tucked away so nice and quiet at night and the roof terrace is an absolute suntrap!
