Review 1：Not a great selection of Vegetarian food. To have Vegetarian burgers as part of their snack bar menu would be a great idea. Also to include at least one meat and fish free dish on the buffet at every meal that is not salad.

Review 2：The Kids Club is fantastic and the Entertainment team do a great job! Pool Area is gorgeous and the upgraded apartment was really nice.

Review 3：Couldn't eat the food for a week as was pretty much same food - no great choice really. And cocktails came out of a machine! Which weren't tasting like cocktails. No adult entertainment

Review 17：Everything the holiday was amazing this was my first holiday with my 7 year old alone and he loved every minute of it. The staff are really friendly and the entertainment is amazing.

Review 18：The maid disturbed our private wardrobe and locker which she had no need to do as when we reported it they told us she is only there to tidy up and make the bed!! No one got back to us about our concern and same maid was cleaning rooms the duration of holiday

Room was fab all rooms pool view which is great!! Pools are amazing activities fantastic the kids club deserve a medal for their efforts with all the kids. Poolside entertainment a plus with the pirate shows and evening entertainment is for all the family because it's interactive. Would definitely return here can't wait

Review 20：That my child almost drowned only mins after arriving and no lifeguard around a swimmer had to get him from the pool lifeless and blue he needed kite CPR and I turned him on his side pushed on his tummy and he spit out the water and came too but needed medical attention he is fine now tg

Review 38：We ordered superior rooms which had been double booked so stayed in ordinary room. The toilet didn't flush and the shower had to held as the fixing had come off the wall. We were moved for the second night to the fantastic superior room.. The only negative is the bed.. So uncomfortable..

Review 39：The layout of the hotel was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good entertainment and the range of food was good. I was most impressed with the chef and kitchen staffs attention and knowledge as my daughter is allergic to many food types. The hot plate chef allowed us to sit down early for meals while he cooked my daughters food away from any sauces etc.. Good location and the swimming pool / slides were great for the children.. Although the pool was extremely cold.. All inclusive is fantastic also.

Review 44：Rooms were clean but very basic. We were AI so no cooking but I wouldn't have liked to prepare meals in them for a large family. There were cigarette burns in the sheets but they were changed a few times over the week. I understand the rooms will be refurbed this winter so I won't be too judgemental as this aspect will all change. Plates were rarely removed at meal times (3 times from 18 meals) and tables werent always set properly when we sat down so we often did this ourselves as we needed a larger table with room for the high chair. Was the end of the season (October half term) so maybe the staff were winding down. Didn't bother us too much but room for improvement there.

Review 45：The pool and communal areas and kids club were excellent. Food was ok, there was always something nice and the breakfasts were good. We didn't go hungry. Ribs on the Spanish night were excellent and loved the local dishes for sampling that night too. The location was also good, 3 or 4 mins walk to a beautiful beach and opposite a decent supermarket with an even bigger one a couple of mins up the road. Bus stop for Palma just up the road too.

Review 60：I went in 2013 taught it was brill went in 2014 it was ok great things going on in the hotel itself some staff was made to work with kids they were just brill but can't say that about the whole staff also had a run in with the manager of the hotel didn't like the way she spoke to me she come to me after and try to make it up to us but just think it shouldn't of happened in the 1st place . Review 101：Cooking facilities in the apartment are very poor even if you wanted to boil an egg it could take up to 40 minutes. At night time there is a lot of noise which is not the fault of the hotel but perhaps could be remedied by getting security to act.

Review 102：The staff were excellent especially the manager called Maria. They made us feel very welcome and make travellers stay very personal. The facilities are very good for the children. Th epoor is excellently supervised by two lifeguards everyday.

Review 112：Food. No sweeping brush in room. Elevator not working and having to bring a twin buggy, suitcases and 2 kids up 3 flights of stairs at 11 o clock at night without any help from staff. Standing at the bar inside to be told then that the queue was the other side, there should be signs clearly visible stating where the queue is! Bedrooms are outdated compared to lobby and restaurant and the pirate team should continue into the bedrooms. Pool should be fenced off at night time, it's unbelievably deep and a child could easily fall in at night time when shows are on so close to it.

I would say it was edible hadn't I dished up a raw porkchop, showed manager and she apologised. There is a problem with ants inthe hotel and we moved room as even after the cleaner sprayed our roomit was still infested. There are 2 life guards at the pool yet 2 days ina row children got into difficulty and parents dashed and jumped in tosave them while the life guards didn't bat an eye lid, manager cameand spoke to them after 2nd incident.

Review 122：Rooms - not refurbished and quite shabby - very disappointed that these did not come up to the standard we anticipated. Bedclothes and curtains worn and shabby. Towels had seen better days. Food - breakfast was basic but cooked items were cold - coffee and hot chocolate not great. Juices were out of a machine. Water slides not available to 12 years plus and there was a notice stating this at the entrance. We witnessed a couple of children getting hurt on slides. Restaurant very small - could imagine that getting a table in peak season would be difficult. Noticed a sign at reception that non-guests can pay 22 euros per day to come into the complex and that includes lunch. Imagine the impact this will have on sunbed requests, bar queues.
