Review 1：Very clean and bright rooms, friendly and helpful management. Always made you feel welcome. Able to get a basic breakfast in the little cafe adjoining.
Review 2：It is missing a locker in the room, but we end-up leaving high value products in it and nothing disappear. The breakfast is very cheap, but is not worth it. You will find close places much nicer for breakfast for the same price.
Review 3：The room that was provided to us was amazing for the price we have paid. The room was the one facing the front of the hotel with the balcony. It was unexpectedly big. The staff is great.

Review 7：It is super hot in Ourense during summer, there's a fan in the bedrooms but it's not enough, and the window curtains where so thick and there was no sistem to open them so that made it really difficult to ventilate the room, therefore difficult to sleep.
Review 8：It was well situated, it was easy to park in the street (paying, but not as expensive as the parking), the staff was very nice, the room was clean and modern, very good wifi reception, good coffee and bakery in the breakfast
Review 9：The hotel is very well situated about 10 minutes walk to the main plaza, tourist office and a 15-20 walk from the train station. The staff are very helpful, friendly and were able to give me lots of advice. At least 3 had a very high level of English. The bed is comfortable and the room is cleaned everyday. I would recommend staying here.
