Review 3：The owners:staff were friendly and helpful remembered and used my name, made me very welcome. The room was spacious with huge super king size bed.. The location was good and easy to find parking. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

Review 7：We were welcomed as if we had been regulars. A very friendly Ian helped us in a way we had rarely experienced during our tour in Spain. Everything else in the hotel is clean and tidy. We can definitely recommend this hotel. We shall never forget Ian's recommendations, which helped a lot on our tour.

Review 12：A bit 'last century' in terms of technology facilities - Sadly the only plug socket was in the bathroom (other than the TV high up on the wall - useless for charging). Since the power went off when you left the room (until I realised to put a store loyalty card in the slot) it was rather difficult to charge more than one item and not easy when plug is in bathroom to charge anything actually!! Bathroom simple but only adequately clean, especially the shower but bed comfy. Only parking is by meter outside the hotel. We were lucky to get a space - free on Sunday and we could pay for two hours till 11am Monday morning in advance which as a one night Sunday stopover wasn't too bad but it could be difficult if no spaces - and expensive if in the week.
Review 13：Super welcome from a British member of staff. Exactly 1 mile to walk to the sea front which was a bonus. Very friendly place. Simple but adequate breakfast as a one night stopover with great staff who were very helpful.

The facilities were more than adequate taking into consideration the price range, have had far worse experiences in much more expensive hotels. Why can't it be like that in other Spanish hotels at the coast??? Seriously, very welcoming! Also the internet connection was ok compared to other Spanish hotels. The hotel is a few km away from the beautiful places in Marbella/Puerto Banus. If you are lucky, you even get one of the two parking spaces right in front of the entrance.
