Review 1：Food whilst tasty was lukewarm; sometimes freezing.

Review 2：The accommodation was fantastic. Lovely duplex suite which was cleaned every day. Excellent location beside train station. Stunning sea view from both rooms.

Review 5：The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool in the shadow all morning and only in the afternoon has sun. The water is not heated so it was better to go to the sea than stay at the hotel, but the sea had fresh water and with very high waves making it impossible to enter with a 2 year old. The rooms cannot be rated as 4 stars hotel. They look old and the beds are not comfortable, the rooms are also very noisy. We won't come back ever!

Review 15：Drinks must included on dinner buffet especially coffee and tea when they have cakes and ice cream for dessert. I notice they're not using vacuum for cleaning the floor because I've seen a lot of sands in every corner of the room and hallway and not wiping the stain under the long table beside the bed. I notice also the young man at reception is just awake on his looks because he never put gel on his hair so he doesn't look presentable. The activities and song of children every night is almost the same that I notice others were get bored because it's most likely the same. Pool is cold for young children because the water came from the big pool connected on it which is for is ok for adult and grown up but not for young babies coz they're body tolerance for temp is a different.

Review 16：Location-pineda del Mar is the best place for this hotel just cross the road then you will reach the beach,you can shop around for some stores for cheap price,every Friday there's a market day from 8am to pm all fresh foods like fruits,fish,etc and clothes,shoes,bags,etc.if you want to go to other place like barcelona just take a train that you can walk for 3 mins or you can ask the reception for other place where you can go then they will recommend on you Facilities-very good place with modern design all aroun outdide and inside.There's a free kajakon the beach 30 mins during your stay just show your ids.There's also a air castle where children can Enjoy the sand toys provided on the beach.Swimming pool is big enough for the area of hotel.There's a 9pm daily activities for the kids where they can sing dance and sometime be a cast of fairytale. Every 10pm there's a free show from hotel like mini concert,circus,magic entertainment that's 10 to 11pm. FOOD-fantastic food cOz it's buffet there's a lot of choices Mediterranean,asian,English so its good for family.Drinks are Included and there's a Free white wine every breakfast.At lunch and finnet drinks are not included. Review 17：Only thing no iron but didnt ask for one at desk..if we had I am sure they would sort one out. Wi fi costs 2 euros a day but is good because it works well.

Food okay...what you expect..but a bit better...liked the cava with breakfast..really for a holiday type hotel it is fab...a good balance between child centred and adult facilities..not that many screaming kids etc...they have a fantastic dedicated care/play room with 2 or 3 lovely staff.

Review 19：It is extremely noisy in the rooms. You hear every flush and talking from the other rooms. There is no chance to sleep longer than seven :-(

Review 20：Nice hotel and staff. Right at the beach. Food ok. Rooms nice (not as small as in many other places). Pineda is a nice small town - much more relaxed than Calella.

Review 21：Pool area was poor. Very small pool, only got sun in the afternoon, and surrounded and overlooked by neighbouring buildings only a few meters away. Fridge in room barely worked, and only BBC and CNN english language TV channels. Balcony was very narrow. with the walls angling in making a very narrow view. Worst thing about the holiday had nothing to do with the hotel but had to be mentioned - the sea was extremely dirty in the last couple of days. Possibly due to a thunderstorm that washed rubbish into the sea. Really really bad - swam by a tampon in the midst of the rubbish. Had been fine at the start of the week.

Review 22：Had one of the two level duplex suites, for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice room, cleaned every day, towels changed every day. WiFi was very good (got a specific username and password for the room) - I could stream low res TV. We liked the food - we had half board, and sometimes swapped lunch and dinner. Also very close to beach.

Review 23：At first, the noise from other rooms, suitcases being wheeled across the floor, and the trains, woke us up, but we quickly got used to it, and by the end of the 10 nights it was not a problem.

A wide choice of activities to do in the area, we went ot Marineland and liked it a lot, there are a lot of other trips to choose in the area.

Review 36：This is an excellent hotel in a good location for the beach. We had a sea view room. Great facilities, staff couldn't have been nicer. Good breakfast selection and nice dining room and bar area, lovely, spacious and clean room with two very comfortable double beds. Free car parking on the street outside.

Review 50：If you are searching for a great or just big swimming pool, this hotel is really not to be recommended. Swimming pool is enough for 5 persons maximum. The beach is wonderful though!!!!! People travelling by car should know that city parking is a big problem due to lack of places. There is a small parking of hotel, but you MUST book your place on advance, There are 12 places or so. Parking is really tiny, very hard to park and quite dangerous. For the rest I highly recommend this hotel!

Review 51：Wonderful location at the beach and at the main shopping street. All the city animations are just 1 step away. For the people travelling without car there is a train station just 5 minutes away, you can go to Barcelona without any problem or help of travel agencies. Good quality animation at the hotel, big variations of entertainment programmes. Wonderful team at the mini club.Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the hotel in general. No problem expressing in English, French, Dutch or Russian. Good balanced food, both fish, meat and vegetables lovers will enjoy their meal.

Review 52：Worst thing I did was go half board. Basically the food sucks. Breakfast was just minimally okay. Hot food was cold, cold food was cheap and nasty. Dinner was awful, inedible and the pants. Chefs can't cook, everything bit everything wasn't good. Left over made up salads were just terrible. Let's bung it all in type of thing. Hot food bore no resemblance to anything it portrayed to be. Even the good quality meats like beef or pork that were roasted were so tough they were could have damaged your teeth. I eat out constantly and regard myself as an experienced amateur cook. This was not cooking. I know it was a buffet in a hotel but they didn't have to constantly use preformed produce. Iceland and Farmfoods have far superior products.

Review 53：The rooms were lovely. AirCon worked a treat. Staff were excellent. Absolutely no complaints with the accommodation or the hotel position.

Review 54：The room was not cleaned properly; Bathroom was dirty and the bath tub was clogged; Gym facilities are very poor- very ancient and rusty machines( well there are 4 only); No green/black tea for breaksfast; very poor selection of cereals and if you want fresh juice you have to pay extra i.e. 3.30Eur; The free wifi which is advertised to be available on the communal areas is actually a lie. This is only available - if you can say that , because I wasn't able to surf the internet as the signal was very poor- somewhere close to the reception only; We had to check out earlier as we didn't want to ruin the rest of our holiday and they didn't even want to negociate a refund for the our last 2 nights. Overall this is was the worst experience we ever had and we travelled everywhere in the world!

Review 55：We were surprised to see that the water in the bathroom of the rooms were not drinkable!? We had to brush our teeth with bottle water! The swimming pool was very small and more suitable for dipping rather than swimming! Drinks were served by waiters at dinner time but not coffee due to lack of waiting staff members!

The beach was conveniently located across the street but the sand was rough. Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgable. We appreciated the very early breakfast (5:45 A.M.) the hotel provided for us on our return day.

Review 62：it was our wedding in Pineda de Mar, the hotel were helpful in every way possible. we had a duplex superior room with a balcony and terrace and flowers everywhere. on the wedding day the hotel offered a an additional very close room for the groomsmen to get dressed on the wedding night we returned to real rose petals on the bed and a huge ribbon on the bed head the staff really made the stay at Aqua Promenade a real treat, great value for money thank you x
