Review 1：I generally liked the place, but the fact is that many small things were not quite right: No power outlets near the bed. No electric kettle. Run out of hot water when taking a bath (no problems with shower though). No batteries on tv remote. On the third day a renovation started on upper floor which nobody warned of, and then the promised siesta time was not followed.

Review 2：Great location, good view. Clean and spacious room/suite and heating worked fine (it was November). The "kitchen" is ok for breakfast but not for real cooking. We had an eight floor room and the view over the city was great.

Review 3：Described as apartment, but really more like hotel room. Apart from a microwave, almost nothing more to make it self-contained. Also, the floor above is privately-owned, and there are currently noisy works going on between 0830 and 2030. Very poor value for money.

Review 8：just over half hours walk from airport or a few minutes on the train ( there is a station close to the hotel) , so perfect for an overnight stay if returning to the airport or travelling by train ! shared facilities spotlessly clean . very friendly , helpful staff .

Review 9：The hallways stunk of cigarettes, there was a 2 burner hot plate & microwave but no cooking utensils. It was difficult to know where to check in. They need to let you know that you have to go the hotel reception. Same with the car parking, very difficult to find as poorly sign posted.

Review 10：It is in a good position for the town, but a long way from the beach - however the beach is dismal, so it doesn't matter. The room & bathroom are large for a hotel room and very quiet & clean. The decor is old but the price was good and the room very spacious.

Review 11：Not really a kitchen equipped place. No real equipment. The facility is in need of a little TLC. The WIFI is not very strong throughout the entire floor. A little on the pricey side for what you are getting, but the location makes up for it.

Review 12：Location is easy; walking distance to just about everything. The apartment is of nice size for a short stay. Basic- no frills. Breakfast was nice- you can even order warm eggs and ham (not advertised).

Review 13：Wifi wasn't great. Only worked in certain areas of the apartment and generally not a great signal. The kitchenette wasn't equipped with any cooking equipment or means of washing dishes (there was a note saying that you could ask for anything you needed at reception but as we were only staying two nights and reception was in a separate building it just seemed like it wasn't worth the hassle). Laziness, maybe!

Review 14：Location is great, right in the town centre, close to bars, restaurants, sights etc. Staff were helpful despite a mix up with our booking.

Review 15：I was here with my son during 9 days. Apartamentos was on the 8 floor. Lift is not very big. But for us as we are not fat was not a problem to get in even with our laggage. They clean room every day. Kitchen a bit small but to cook for 2 people is ok. Hotel is in the centro from there you can get to the beatch. 15 mins not fast walking I think.

Review 16：Staffs were friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived hotel at 2 am so checked in really late time , staff helps us to find out parking lot (It was bit away from hotel). Also, There are microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot in the room so that we could have a simple meal in the morning. Almeria is a small town so its quiet easy to get sightseens such as alcazaba or beach. We could get Alcazaba about 10mins by walking from our hotel, we could see awesome view of beautiful beach with sky.

Review 17：Kitchen was a extremely small and limitted. No stoves, no soap, no towels, minibar-like refriguator, only basic equipment for two people, and only cold water. Wifi very unstable and slow

Review 21：The elevator leading to the 8th floor is really small, which is pretty annoying when you're with many suitcases and a small child with their stroller. The official parking is kind of expensive given the few space there is to park your car.

Review 23：I stayed in this hotel 2 nights a few days apart of each other and the first time around I arrived at the hotel and the apartment I booked wasn't ready. The staff told me a I could wait about an hour for it to be done or, alternatively, take a room in the 4* hotel adjoining the apartments for the same price. I did, and must say that I think the apartment, despite being considered lower quality, is better by far: more space, better view, better facilities. Hotel rooms do not live up to their promised 4* standards.

Review 24：I really liked the comfortable and spacious environment of the apartment, the ambients are very nicely laid out and there is an amazing panoramic view, since the studio looks over the city and the Alcazaba. Location wise, it is really in the heart of Almeria, with everything, i.e. nice restaurants, bars, attractions, within a short walking distance.

Review 32：We booked this apartment because the descriptor said all apartments hadprivate balcony and we were not allocated one. In fact there are veryfew balconies so I believe this contravenes "trade descriptionsact". One older receptionist very abrupt and unhelpful The"kitchen" was actually a cupboard with 2 electric rings and amicrowave!!! No kettle!! Tiny lift which could only accommodate 2 peopleand we were on 8th floor. Difficult for 2 people with luggage. Sittingroom more like a second bedroom - it had single bed and 2 dining chairswith a small round coffee table and a dressing table. This accommodationmore like a hotel bedroom - not what we wanted. Unable to cook/chillout. Would not reccomend this as an apartment!!!

Review 36：apt.804 has been a former suite room -there is no installed complete kitchen neither are there ustensils-a living room does not exist (only a small round table and 2 chairs)-on the terrace there are no chairs and table but 11 airco machines-they should not rent this as an apartment as one is forced to eat outside which weighs on the budget.Therefore our rating : no value for money.Same comments were given to the mgt

Review 38：I would advise anyone wanting to self cater on holiday to give this onea miss. The kitchen area was minute with a tiny fridge. There were noutensils, crockery glasses not even a kettle - we bought one. The bedwas very hard and the only seating was two carver chairs.
