Review 1：Szabi was an excellent host giving us lots of tips and suggestions where to go. There was a very nice atmosphere in the day room and this all made a very enjoyable stay.

Review 3：Sabby on reception was the best thing about our stay because he was friendly, helpful, welcoming, informative and amusing. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, clean and excellent location.
Review 4：We had an amazing week at Norbert's Kaiserhostel! Our room was very nice and all facilities were exceptionally clean. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and ski slopes. You can walk to the nearest lift in around 5 minutes. The nordic ski trails start right across the street, too. Breakfast was yummy and the hostel also has a wonderful little bar with drinks and snacks open in the evening. Sabi was such a friendly host and even helped us in planning the next stop on our trip. Can't wait to come back next year!

Review 6：Sabi the manager was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed evening conversations with him about central European history over a drink. He is one of the most knowledgable and sophisticated men I have ever met. For me this is a priceless attribute and one that should not be overlooked.

Review 8：The hostel has a great location and easy access to the local ski area. Sabie, the guy who worked reception, did an amazing job explaining how to get around on the local ski bus. He not only answered all of our questions, but went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time! We would stay again!!!

Review 13：Our host, Sabi, was very helpful and welcoming and looked after us all very well. The common area, used for breakfast, but also to relax in the evenings with a good beer or a hot drink was warm, friendly and had wifi!
