Review 1：No free wifi, the room I got was not the room in the pictures! Very dated compared to photos of what I thought I was paying for, plus maintenance is bad, the cupboards fell apart upon touching a door, no light bulbs in bathroom and really bad water pressure, just trickle of water.

Review 3：I think the refurbishment is of a good thing but their is a few teething problems to get to grips with. Like bar closing early.

Review 5：Its very noisy during weekends. Because it is on the hill, all the noise arises from the center and at nights it felt, that we slept in the middle of party. We were very lucky to have quiet neighbors, but the walls are quite thin as well. So if there is a party next door, you will know it!
Review 6：All in all, it was very comfy and clean apartment hotel. In kitchen we had all necessary appliances and everything worked just fine. Except for TV, for what we had to pay a remote control to turn it on :) Good location, on a sunny side of the island. Just walk down the stairs and you are in the center.
Review 7：This is about your review form. You need to add more options. I was traveling with my dad, so who are we: a group of friends, family with older children? You need to add a category "other". I cannot rate the quality of wifi that I did not use. But the fact that it was paid, this, yes, is poor.
Review 8：Someone had thrown bread on my balcony I discovered when I came home from the beach on my last evening. It was a mess with pigeon shit all over. The receptionist did not care and would not clean it up. I did write an email about it but they have not bothered to answer

Review 10：there is noise until around 4-30 am from the commercial centre, if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Ask for a lower room.

Review 14：I am a very poor sleeper which doesn't help, but the hubbub from the bars and restaurants goes on until VERY late into the night. Because of the way the resort is designed, the noise carries up the hillside - you need the windows and doors open as it's too hot otherwise....so take some earplugs, have a cocktail or few and you'll be fine!

Review 24：Apartments were very dated.The shower was terrible as it went from scalding hot to very cold without any warning. The kitchenette was straight out of the seventies. I knew there were steps up to the apartment block, but I didn't realise there were 163 of them!!!

The dirty shoes - and sometimes goats - you could see as you get out of the room. The fact that you had to pay for every single add-on such as TV,Internet,iron... Whilst internet was not even working most of the time. The fact that reception was supposed to be 24/7 but in reality was not.

Review 31：This was a basic apartment, no frills but was sbsoluey spotless and the staff where welcoming. The on site activities where great for our daughter who is 12. Food is available and was good value for money.
Review 32：initial room allocation had very poor sea view even if on ur toes on the edge of the balcony,after paying for seaview.. staff moved us after 2 days so we were happy with new room.

I couldn`t use it at all during 4 of 6 days because of too small broadband for that many people using it, and they refused to give me any money back. A bit ignorant. Had to pay 15€ for a week - CASH?

Review 38：A LOT OF NOISE: There was a lot of noise at night form the city centre below. The very loud bang-bang music did not stop until 04.05 in the morning. TOWEL HYGIENE: Towels that we had thrown om the floor, to get new ones, were hung up again on the bidet and were also hung up again across our clean towels. What has a towel that has already been in the bidet, to do upon the "clean" towels that we were supposed to use?Terrible and unhygienic! OVERALL IMPRESSION: The hotel was a worn down place, having seen its better days many years ago. But the receptionist was a very nice person, and she helped us the best she could.
