Review 1：- võibolla te peaks kirjutama ja jätma nähtavale sauna kasutamise juhendi :) siis ei peaks teid tüütama iga kolmas klient.

Review 3：1. We arrived during the quieter X’mas period, and the front-desk staff were not present. By way of making a mobile call, one could reach him; service thereafter was prompt. Recommendation: have a phone installed at the lodge – not everyone will have an Estonian enabled mobile phone (though this is relatively inexpensive and works well). As advertised, only cash is accepted (would be great if one could pay online via booking.com) 2. The Wifi worked well for the first hour, or two, and then the access went to “limited” (re-starting the passage way router made no difference). 3. The Sauna/facility downstairs was clearly well enjoyed by many folks in the villa; until around 2 am. So if noise / loud music is not an issue, then this not a problem (it did not bother us much). Anyway one assumes that folks in Ootepa are generally on recess. 4. The “big deal” ski-resort, Kuutsemäe, is 14 km away. One rents (where applicable) ski-gear and heads out to Kuutsemäe by using a taxi. Taxi drivers are reasonable, around Euro 13 each way. Kuutsemäe’s entrance varies by day or per hour - ranging between Euro 12 to around Euro 20.
Review 4：Nuustaku Villa’s room is relatively large, the TV worked well; we got unit# 1 – as committed by the manager(s), an early check-in was arranged; appreciated. The room was facilitated with towels, soap, shampoo. The hotel manager was courteous and kind – the folks in Ootepa are helpful (language tends to be a problem, however they tend to do their best in assisting tourists).

Review 12：Our room was spacious and clean. Villa is located in a quiet place yet it's easy to reach town center on foot. Electric sauna is a nice addition as well.
Review 13：The balcony and sauna were nice, even though the whole apartment looked like a Ikea copy. So the general feeling was a bit cold and the location/view were not excellent.
Review 14：Staff Cancelled Reservation and said no rooms available. We calledManager and had our booking confirmed again. Staff lie aboutavailability! Not even an apology. Soviet style customer service. Also:No Kitchen. No Coffee making facilities. No Common Room. Apparently youneed to make a reservation to use a kitchen? Just like in the Lennintimes. "No milk today". Bed Only. Noisy Ventilation. Tv did not work!Bad location - nothing close by. Room is overpriced: I suggest stayanywhere closer to Keskus/City Centre. There are many closer, better andcheaper options often not listed on Booking.com. This place is awkward,boring waste of time.
