Review 1：We tried the restaurant twice, for breakfast and lunch and then never again..... The apartments need to be refurbished soon.

Review 2：The location is exellent, all services at short distance, very little disturbance from others. The staff at reception was great and room service excellent and friendly.

Review 3：Beds very uncomfortable. Heated pool to far away. And didnt feel heated. Would be beter in the summer when the sun is higher and you dont have to chase the sun arround the pool. Thats all.

Review 4：Didnt like my old room with no sun at all. So i Asked for a renovated room with the sun. Got it next morning. Spotless place and very friendly staf, location was great!

Review 5：The apartments and furnishings are old and in need of updating although there are signs that things are being improved gradually. Also The strangest toilet & flushing system I think I've ever come across, took a while to get the hang of it!

Review 6：Location was very good, within walking distance of everything without being in the middle of all the activity. It was very quiet where we were which suited us. If you walk down to the seafront and turn left - away from Los Cristianos - you come to Playa Calloa, a tiny beach with just one café, beautiful!

Review 17：Poor layout, no privacy, not enough staff and those available uncooperative not at all helpful..I would not recommend this hotel. The place has 3 very small pools none worth swimming in. The food area is hot and dingy as are the old tired apartments. We left half way through holiday to another hotel.

Review 23：The apt was adequately clean by this I mean tolerable for a week day 2 we refused cleaning as we were in the apt only 13 hours but the cleaners never returned, one receptionist was lovely but others very rude - beds horrible bathroom very dated and balcony in total darkness- security wise nothing happened but didn't feel secure as a complex, everyday we over heard other guests complaining to reception and always getting horrible responses so we never complained as there didn't seem any point - we will return to Los Cristianos but not to this property- not impressed with anything - I walked through their cave bar just to look and I didn't dream of eating there!

Review 27：The beds creak, only 1 plug in the kitchen, walls cracked and need painting. Light switches no where near the door, only 1 small light in the bedroom, far corner away from the door. Had to move the microwave to plug it in anywhere! Pool closes at 5pm even though still light. Asked Reception to book a 5 seat taxi to leave, was told no need, then when we left no taxi available as not pre booked? Had to pay for 2 and double the price!! No reply to enquiry sent and claimed they never received it from Booking,com, two rooms booked, as to be together. Only one booked on arrival and no other room near it so were not near each other.

Review 31：Reception staff were initially indifferent and unhappy that they adjusted the sterling exchange rate to their advantage by about 2.5%. No offer of luggage help as room was 3 flights of steps and 3 ramps away from reception a distance of over 200 yards. Up to six bags of laundry outside our door most of our stay and the accommodation itself was next to a service entrance with constantly clanging metal door. It was also next to a pump room for a pool with constant noise so that it was not conducive to sitting out on the terrace. Kitchen door hinge not properly fitted and lack of cooking facilities and only 2 forks provided. Fridge old and rusting and noisy. No drawers in bedroom and overall furniture old, cheap and chipped. At 588 euros ( which was a discounted rate) it was overpriced for a weeks accommodation and overall very poor

Review 33：Even though it was October, it was very hot so the lack of air conditioning made sleeping uncomfortable some nights. Also our apartment was above main reception, so a little noisy with people returning late at night. If I return, I would request a different location. Also wifi was a little pricey. But hard to be negative about this place as it was a great holiday.

Requested ground floor due to Disability, was given top floor up steps. Rooms were dirty and Ants/Cockroaches were a common sight. Did not use Bar/Restaurant so cannot comment. Rooms are dated, dirty and very hot due to no Air Con or Fans. Would not reccomend these Apartments mainly due to unhelpful Staff and awful rooms. Bedding was not changed at all during our 7 night stay.

Review 51：Where do I start? For one, there was only one nice member of staff atreception. The cleaning staff were very pleasant as well. Onereceptionist was very offish every time we went to her for anything. Thepool was dirty and never saw it cleaned the whole time we were there. Wesaw it being tested after we complained how dirty it was and has it beentested lately!! The apartment was booked for 2 adults and 3 children andI strongly advise anyone booking a one bed apartment and asking for anextra bed not to!! Going back to the horrible member of staff atreception wanted to argue with me about whether we had a 5th person inthe apartment because she said there was no way they can accommodate a5th person. I would agree with her now after staying there. She saidthey only put an extra bed in being polite when the truth is I doublechecked that this apartment would be big enough for us when booking andit was confirmed by email that they would put in the extra bed but ittook some cross words for them to do so. Thd worst thing was thatbecause it was a 4 person apartment, we only had 4 of everythingincluding cutlery and because the nasty receptionist wouldn'tbelieve we had 5 persons in it, refused to give us an extra plate, bowland cutlery which meant we had to eat seperately. The worst part of allwas on day of departure, being a Sunday with the market outside thecomplex........if you have a transfer booked make sure you know whereyou will be picked up because they can't get to the complex. Wefirst asked the nasty receptionist where should we wait and she told uslike we were thick to wait across the road. When double checking laterwith the nicer receptionist, she rang the transfer company when in factwe should have been waiting at a nearby hotel for our pick up. We andanother family nearly missed our transfer because of this and if peopleare leaving on a Sunday something should be put into force so everyoneknows where their pick up will be.

Review 95：We had written as a special request on the booking that we would have an extra 5 year old kid (the two others were 8 and 9) in an apartment for four, since “One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds” was listed as an option when booking. On arrival the receptionist complained about the extra person, and when we pointed out that we had made this clear as the apartment was booked. His reply was that a “booking was just a request, and did not constitute a confirmed reservation”. Anyway, as we explained to him that the five year old girl could share a bed with her eight year old sister we were allowed in. We then came to the WiFi, which we had pre-booked through booking.com at 6 EUR/day. It appears this is a one-day rate and that the cost for multi-day stays are substantially lower. Yet the receptionist claimed that we now had to pay this higher daily rate, since we had made the reservation for WiFi through booking.com. We were tired and did not want to argue with this less than friendly front desk person at check-in, so we accepted, although we could equally well have used the logic he had just applied (…a booking is just a request) in return. This start of the stay did not give us a very positive impression of the customer attitude of this place, especially when arriving from the very friendly atmosphere of Apartamentos Los Rosales on La Palma. Hopefully this review will result in other guests being received in a more friendly manner. As for the primary objective of the stay, the beds are not very comfortable with springs protruding through the thin mattresses. Noisy disco.

Everything was just perfect!!But it is impossible to tell in advance where you will end up in thisbig complex. Staff is very nice and if you miss something in the apm.Just tell them, they'll bring it right away.
