Review 5：what a wonderful 11 day stay, 17th time of coming here. There has been a lot of changes over the years, rooms refurbished to a very high standard, did not think they could improve the food much but over the last two years the changes to the restaurant and menu has been fantastic, bar staff welcoming, reception very professional, cleaners meticulous and HONEST. But SUNEO (anagram of NO USE) very amateur, we had to fix string on bell for stage games( broke last year), only used sound system 3 time to announce activities. Activities NEVER started on time, would not listen to guests requests i.e. use sound system to announce activities, no fun quiz, bingo, kiddies mini disco when THEY wanted to do it, no skittles only had 8, crazy golf only needed to buy 2 cheap putters and 12 golf balls, 3 outside night time entertainment. Raffa and Will had it running smoothly for years so why, oh why try to fix something that was working perfectly. Was told by Bart, Suneo team leader and HOTEL MANAGER it is a new CONCEPT but could not say what the NEW concept is trying to achieve. We will be back next year but if Suneo are still trying THE NEW CONCEPT sadly it will be our last and the other 28 guests we meet every year. it wont be SUNEO it will be CHEERIO

Review 10：The cooked breakfast was sometimes cold and so was any veg on the hot plates. The hotel could do with a few more toilets in the outside area's and there were a few too many cats in the grounds.

Review 11：Everything, The hotel was spotless clean very well kept gardens, the rooms were a very good size and so was the bathroom. The Staff were very polite and always seemed happy to serve you.

Review 32：How inconsiderate some guests could be when they used their tablets etc., in lounge areas. We had heard so much of one two-way conversation that I actually shouted 'goodbye' as we left. The lady in question did not seem to get the point.

Review 33：We liked just about everything, we live in a noisy street so were looking forward to a peaceful time. We asked to change rooms as the first one was just above the entertainment area. There was not a problem with this and the reception staff, especially Joyce, were understanding. We found the quality of the food beyond our expectations and we were always spoiled for choice. The gardens were at peak condition and were well maintained. There always seemed to be someone grooming the shrubs etc. We found all the staff cheerful and helpful, always willing to help. The directions to the hotel were easy to follow. We were amazed at the boundless energy of the young entertainers, we were exhausted watching them.

Review 34：Dining area tables too close together. Evening meal very similar to lunch. Coffee machine quality poor. Gardeners cutting hedges very noisy whilst we were relaxing on sun beds. Entertainment some very poor in evening.

Review 97：on our second visit to the hotel we had noticed that the rooms had been updated but what a shame they are nice and clean but its a shame they don't fit in with the Spanish style of the hotel and gardens also when we booked I thought I had paid for the hotel when booking but when we arrived we was told they had not taken payment so we had to pay then it would have been better at the time if they had sent a email reminder to say you pay at the hotel it was a good job we had money to pay this other guests may not also the lady at reception said they had changed the menu how the food was cooked the food was much better the last time we came the meat and salad was good but there was nothing to put with them apart from French fries they really need more choice of potatoes maybe steak chips also found that the food was not at a hot temperature was only just warm and you found yourself eating food that went cold quick.

Review 106：Inside for the entertainment when the weather was cool or wet. The area is to small and ceiling tooo low for the shows,you can't chat to your friends or anything through the noise. The other thing is the food. There is always something you can eat bur some days it's very difficult.
