Review 1：The bar staff were pleasant and friendly, but they really do take a long time to actually serve you, and when its hot in the day a cold drink is required!

Review 8：We booked half board and quite simply the food was terrible. Luckily there are many good places to eat nearby at reasonable prices although this obviously increased the overall cost of the holiday by a fair amount. The hotel was mainly occupied by older French people on what seemed like their version of a saga holiday. This shouldn't necessarily be a problem, but if you're looking for a lively time in the hotel, forget it! Our French neighbours were constantly banging on the wall at the slightest noise we made. No TV, no music, all because we had the audacity to talk to each other after midnight!

Review 9：The hotel is built like a small Andalucian village (thus the name) and really quite pretty to look at whilst walking around. We were fortunate in having a very good sized room and bathroom with air conditioning which I don't think all the rooms have; particularly on the ground floor. It is only a 10 minute walk into San Pedro town and there is a regular bus service to Puetro Banus, Marbella etc from just outside the hotel. The hotel staff were superb; very helpful and knowledgeable.

Review 10：No airconditioning in the room after 9am till late at night. No extra shampoo or shower gel replaced in the room. Room is not cleaned well Safety deposit cost 50 eur

Review 12：This hotel is only for French tourists .. The French animation team were rude there was very little English spoken .. I asked for the hotel manager and she never had guts to show her face bottom line do not go unless French !!!

Review 20：I have never stayed anywhere where the room was so noisy. I was in block near tennis court. All the walls of the building must be ply wood. You hear every noise echoing about. The cleaners trolley from 8am in the morning sounds like a train going past. Even ear plugs didn't help.

Review 22：Had a damp smell in the room and when we asked at reception they sprayed airfreshner which didn't resolve it. They eventually agreed to move us, but due to our short stay we decided it wasn't worth it. Entertainment geared towards the french people. Some of the bar staff were not very friendly.

Review 24：The only negative was that the entertainers were very loud and shouty. We new that the hotel was mainly used by the French and this didn't bother us but the entertainment staff shouted a lot in French which was annoying.

Review 28：A bit dated. Our first room had ants and bugs but was out on the roof area. However they moved us the next morning and the room was lovely, modern and great value for money. I would stay there again and I have been Peurto Banus about 10 times.

Review 29：It was a cheap deal for 3 nights, worked out about £35 a night each with breakfast. Good pool area. Didn't spend much time in the apartment as we were out all the time. 4 minutes in a cab to Sinatras so great location.

Review 56：I stayed alone at this hotel recently as my friends were staying in a near by hotel and it was full. I did not feel alone at this hotel as evryone was so friendly. The staff always awknowledged me and the guests were friendly and polite also. It is a traditional hotel, with a good size pool. There were aways activities happening if you wished to participate. The entertainment of an evening time sounded good also (although I went out with my friends, so I could only watch and hear from my balcony!) The location is excellent and there are a couple of bars near by. I ate in the pizzeria and the food was lovely. I would definately stay here again!

Review 71：I didn,t feel the hotel catered for English people. All entertainment was spoken in French and the hotel was dominantly populated by French people. The food was served cold and there was a microwave nearby for you to warm food up.... not acceptable. The hotel room had insufficient lighting and the shower was of poor standard.

Review 72：Late arrival, after midnight to find I was not expected on the arrivals list even though I had advised late check in, a room was allocated but no balcony available. Staff were not too friendly - I was severely reprimanded by a waitress when I attempted to take a coffee to the outside dining area at breakfast - so much so I just left it on the table - food was just adequate - I only had breakfast which was basic and not replenished quickly, several items ran out - very few english, if any at all which was not a bad thing - mainly french

Nolifts in hotel, my bedroom was over 250 yards from Reception & forme it was a major struggle every time to get to my bedroom, also no wifiin bedrooms wifi only availble near Reception.
