Review 1：dinner was a little bit expensive. I think 12.50Euro would be suffficent. I would like more fresh fish on menu

Review 7：Everything was wonderful - personnel were friendly and helpful, facilities were beautiful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was by far the most extravagant and tasty and the price was amazing for the value.

Review 8：It's quite loud in the hotel (I was there during off season...). Stuff was not really polite, quick answers, no attention. There was a bath tube in the room but no stopper in the tub... Good choice for breakfast but food which should be warm was each day cold... Breakfast starts at 8am and at 9 am all is cold...

Review 10：Noise. Noise. Noise. Guests are really noisy, the room doors are thin so you hear everything in the hallway. And the doors make a terrible banging sound when closing, few times we got woken up during the night by a terrible bomb-like sound of people banging with their room doors.

Review 11：Great food, clean, friendly staff, nice pool (although cold for this time of the year). The beach is just across the road. Overall really nice hotel and great value for $$.

Review 12：Nobody clean the room, nobody change bathtowles. Breakfast was badddd:( at the last day cleaning woman has forgot to close the door, so our room was opened all day...then we came to the reseption and told about it, but they did nothing about...especially old blond woman, soo unfriendly .. Sorry, but the hotel wasn't worth enought 4 stars...

Review 15：my room had no trashcan and no toiletbrush. That seemed strange. I did not ask about it at the reception, I was kind of testing whether cleaning people would think of it. But they did not...But now I do not know, maybe it was meant to be so?!!

Review 16：Male receptionist a bit rude as I didn't have enough cash but their phone and computers were down so couldn't pay the 22 Euros owing by card and he told me I would have to move out of the hotel the next day. This caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety

Review 18：Beware you'd need to pay "deposits" for nearly every service in hotel: - parking (you pay 10 euros per day for parking, but apart from that you leave 10 euros deposit) - iron (you have to leave deposit 10 euros in order to get iron) I'd suggest to rename hotel to D10 (deposit 10) vs H10.

Review 19：Overall great hotel, friendly staff that speaks multiple languages, good pool, 3 minutes walk to the beach, great breakfasts with a lot of options. Room: small pillows, apart from that all good.

Review 20：Bathtub was not clean. Toilet kept flushing. Shower went from being good temperature to ice cold, followed by burning hot every few minutes. Air conditioning did not cool the room at all. Just made a lot of noize. Staff did not sufficiently respect privacy.

Review 43：We had a corner room overlooking the pool, with two huge sliding doors. There was not one moment of the day when the sun was not beating upon one or other of them. The "black-out" curtains were insufficient, and the air conditioning not really up to the job. Our room was like an oven. We stayed for two nights only, and the hotel was full - so no chance of a room change.
