Review 1：It might be a good idea to ask guests to be aware of other guests when using their balcony early in the morning or late at night. We like to sleep until 9am when on holidays but were awoken every morning at 7:30 am by our neighbours conversing very loudly on the balcony for at least 30 mins - we gathered that they were having a cigarette before breakfast but the need for the lady to talk so loudly was hard to understand unless of course the gentleman, who spoke quietly, was deaf..............

Review 2：The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable with good poolside facilities and all bar one member of staff were very courteous and friendly. Note re adults only: outside of school holidays it is mostly mature couples or couples with pre-school children who take holidays so while at first we were indifferent to the fact that the hotel was adults only, we came to realise that now that our own children are all grown and our grandchildren were not with us, we appreciated the absence of crying babies and restless toddlers, which had been very much in evidence on the flight.

Review 15：Staff went over and above to make the stay comfortable, we only stayed one night after coming in off a ferry. The lunch in the restaurant was fantastic and great value.

Review 17：The quality of food on the buffet was extremely poor and rarely changed during our two weeks stay. In our opinion it was more like canteen food. Every night we had pate, tuna, tired looking individual salads, desserts were no better, same cakes appeared every night. Breakfast was very good. It is a great pity that the buffet is so boring and of such poor quality. Management need to sort out this problem as it is the only thing that would stop us returning to Boutique H10.

Review 20：I visited this hotel before it became an adult only boutique venue. The refurb is very impressive, it really has transformed the hotel into a relaxing sophisticated place to stay. The staff are very professional and the food better than other H10 establishments.

Our stay on night of 16 November was spoiled by a very noisy room, 124, 125 1nd 126 are above the kitchen extractor fans and the air con unit, and VERY NOISY all night. Sleep pretty well impossible! Review 50：We where with a wheel chair and the accessible rooms(2) are on the side overlooking the Commodore hotel and hardly any sun. Sun loungers reserved from early morning so wheelchair users had no chance. Why are disabled users considered 2nd class and given the worst location? Wi Fi in disabled room did not work at all.

I understand That you have to pay IF you want wine champagne or alcoholic beverages but to pay 4 € to have water at dinner table for 2 persons seems ridiculous. We ended up with a 87 € bill after aprox 11 days in water and ocasionally sangria at dinner. They have free water and orange juice at breakfast why cant they have that at dinner? Ridiculous.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day with bed linen changes 3 times in one week with daily towel changes. You are given pool towels (changed daily) and use of towelling bathrobes. The restaurant offered a wide choice with separate noodle and Italian stations with food cooked to order.

The freewifi is very unreliable and painfully slow The English channels on thetv were very hit and miss, only got a few hours over a 2 week stay,( allthe other channels had no problems)!!! Food in restaurant generally okexcept for some days when the choice was very poor I.e meatballs,sausage,burgers and cheap cuts of meat. We don't eat that sortof food at home!!!

Review 117：We were upgraded from a standard twin room to a superior sea view room, the views were brilliant. The "Chill Area" on the top floor gives complete relaxation.

Review 118：Very limited , poor wi fi provision. It was only available in the lobby and I had to sign in each time as it didn't remember me. I wasn't interested in the TV but there was very poor and limited English speaking TV whereas there was an array of German and of course Spanish programmes.

Review 119：The hotel provided exactly what I was looking for in a hotel : comfortable, clean, stylish , good service and very friendly and helpful staff. I had a couple of minor issues but they resolved them instantly, literally. I appreciated that I could choose some fresh foods and that chefs cooked these fresh for me.

There was a nespresso coffee machine and a lovely welcome gift of some chocolates (sparkling wine was offered on reception on check-in). There was some entertainment around the pool from 9:30 to 11:00 (an artistic belly dancing, north-african style).

Review 121：What a way to start a holiday on arrival we were upgraded to room with sea view chocolates and champagne sent to room I had mentioned on arrival it was our first trip to the island and we were 40years married this year ! We had booked half board and we're not disappointed we ate in the hotel every night the variety of food was exceptional with chefs cooking on request fish chicken etc. Would certainly stay in this hotel and would recommend it. The staff were so very pleasant also !

Review 123：As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and were surrounded by luxurious furniture and the atmosphere smelt of a zen aroma which we loved. We couldn't fault one thing except we would like some more music groups with singing and maybe a comedien.Absolutely fabulous and will come again.

Review 129：Our room had a view of the harbour. The hotel was a four minute walk from the main promenade and the centre of Los Cristianos - the best of both worlds. Breakfast was terrific and dinner never a disappointment with plenty of choice. The beach beyond the port is beautiful.

Review 131：I didn't like being given a double bed for me and my son, when I asked for a twin. My booking clearly showed twin, the reception claimed to not have this info.

Review 132：Pretty minor things. Wifi is not accessible in room, had to go to the balcony or down to the reception area. AC a too loud and cooling too weak, but this was not a big problem to keep balcony door open for a while to let some cool air in.
