Review 1：That the balcony did not get any sun, and there was not enough towels and no extra blankets

Review 3：Not to clean, but no tragedy. Very very little TV (17-20"), but it is a problem only if you are going there to watch TV and who does ;)

Review 4：Nice area with bars and restaurants,near the beach, quite localization, nice big balcony, but wish have it on the sun side of the block. Like it much better than the center of Benidorm, was really calm at the beginning of November.

Review 7：They took £343 from my credit card 14 days before the free cancellationdate and wholly without my authorisation. They initially wanted 20 eurosper apartment extra for dropping off the keys after hours, then whenthey realised we were not coming in until 10.30 P.m they wanted 50 Europer apartment!!!!! When I complained they - eventually agreed to 30 Euroin total but the chap (Antonio) who arrived to give us the keys said wewere cheating him out of money and was very rude! None of this was madeclear at time of booking. We paid for a cot - none was provided I evensent an email to double check this and was assured it would be there,when they did deliver 2 days later there was no bedding we had to buyit! Apartments were missing kettles and toasters none of them had ahairdryer, they were filthy only one apartment had a pool view and ourbooking clearing stated they all did.No maid service at al during our 10day stay.We had to make our own beds up on the first night. No change oflinen or towels.We asked to be near our 85 year old Mother - she was puton 10th floor while we were put on 1st floor. Electricity in twoapartments kept tripping so we were without power on at least 6occasions and finally both pools were closed for 7 out of ten days withno explanation and nobody to ask.Despite numerous trips to the office itwas never open and we spent a fortune phoning the office number butoften getting no reply or only an answer service - had something serioushappened what would we have done !? I have never stayed anywhere thatthe service was so no existent, mind you when you did speak to them theywere unbelievably rude. Do not stay here, it is not a cheap deal alovely apartment it is con!

Review 8：The local beach and local bar (Bar Yorko) approx 100 yards fromapartments which was open until 0300 and very very cheap.

Review 9：Shower curtain very dirty, no replacement available. No one available at office when assistance needed. Bedding old and in poor condition. No kettle to boil water.

Review 20：The pretty little bay was unfortunately rather spoilt by the high-rise developments. The balcony of our apartment was in the shade most of the time. We didn't have a sea view (although we were aware of that when we booked).

Review 21：The apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean in a location convenient for bars, restaurants, shops and of course the sea. We liked the fact that the local bus service was very good and we were close to the bus stop.

Review 22：There is no Wifi. Avoid high season visits, because the small beach is totally overcrowded and the next one is quite far away. September is perfect time.

Review 23：The apartment is only within 5 walking minutes from the small, but very clean beach, which is located in a small bay. The bay location is perfectly shielded from winds. Staff was very helpful. There was no water kettle in the kitchen, but they provided it within 10 minutes. Kitchen equipment was basic, but clean, sufficient and Teflon-fry-pans were not ruined. We had a huge terrace with a table and three chairs. Washing machine was available, fridge is big. Plenty of space, big bedrooms and nice table in the living room. TV is quite small, but we barely turned it on. Free parking space in the underground car park.
