Review 1：Nothing, perfect place for our objective (one night stopover)

Review 2：Ideal stopover: easy to reach from the highway, clean room and all basic facilities that you need for one night.

Review 3：It took quite a while for the receptionist to find my booking - this has happened a number of times with booking.com but was made even worse by the fact that booking.com had reserved my room for me direct and is paid in full, as the hotel I had previously booked elsewhere had let me down and cancelled.

Review 4：Staff were very helpful and suggested where I could park motorbike safely overnight.

Review 5：I called reception to get a late check out so I could make a call to family and was later phoned by a very rude woman, I think housekeeping who didn't speak english and just kept repeating "check out now" into the phone. So I had to end my call and just leave. Made the call from the next rest stop on the motorway. So rude and upsetting.

Review 6：Location convenient. Clean, Awesone spa bath in room, beautifully furnished. Lady who checked me in was so lovely and kind and very helpful.

Review 7：For us the bed was too firm , we are used to a firm bed but with a four inch foam topper. For most people it would probably be fine.

Review 8：Room was very well equipped and furnishings throughout the hotel very tasteful. Lots of parking outside hotel. Good restaurant a few minutes walk away. Quiet location. Good Spanish breakfast.

Review 9：Benavente is a small town with character. You walk through it from the hotel in 30 minutes. It is surrounded by modern new subburbs.

Review 10：Friendly staff, almost new hotel.Jacuzzi bath, house slippers and room coat, sweeties, bathroom toiletries. All excellent. Great place for an overnight stop. Good internet. Authentic restaurant 100m away- only Spanish spoken and you cannot eat before 9pm.

Review 12：Excellent receptionist who spoke good English and advised us where to eat, just across the road from the hotel. All the extras in the room including towelling bathrobes and slippers. We didn't even get these in 4 and 5 star hotels and this was only 3. The first hotel we have stayed in that had freshly squeezed orange juice. Great breakfast. Good value for money. Plenty of free parking on road outside hotel.

Review 13：Good value for money hotel on the edge of the town. The town centre is about a 10 minutes walk away. Not the prettiest town, but an ideal place to stop over. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a reasonably priced breakfast.
