Review 1：Nothing.
Review 2：The apartment has a good taste. I liked the well-furnished large room and its olive oil field with sheep and donkeys. Although it is a bit close to a main street, the location is very convenient to go to both directions; to the north and the south. To dive to Palma takes only 20 minutes.
Review 3：No shops nearby. Impossible to park in Bunyola - have to go to Soller (via tunnel, costs 5 euros each way).

Review 5：The sofa-bed wasn't at all comfortable. We had to put the large cushions on the floor and sleep on them there.
Review 6：Everything was great. Not too many people around, we often had the pool to ourselves. The staff were very friendly. Beautiful views.
Review 7：Spacious and clean app. with great AC. Very nice pool with a perfect setting and nice sunbeds. Alfabia has a great setting for day trips to the Mountains. There is a gas grill to prepare your dinner if you dont want to drive to Soller (10 min. drive and 5 Euro for the Tunnel each way).
Review 8：There were a few things that would have made our stay better. There areno signs when you arrive where to park, where the office or staff areto be found. A sign indicating "Ring for Service" would benice. Wifi is very good, except that it is always off at night. We usewifi at night when we are up with the baby, so it was frustrating. Thestaff were very nice, but just not very informative upon arrival. Iinquired before about laundry, but didn't get an answer, until Iasked for a clean sheet, and was then told to where to launder itmyself. Bit strange. We enjoyed at our next hotel daily housekeepingvery much. It would have been nice to have housekeeping once or twiceduring our 5 night stay. Also, a knife good for cutting fruit wasmissing. We were using butter knifes to cut everything. Otherwise,happy with the kitchen.
Review 9：I loved the setting, pool, cleanliness, and the close location toSoller, Gardens, La Calobra, and Valdemossa. Beautiful places, all ofthem nicely accessible from here with a car. Kitchen was nice forcooking at home also. Exceptionally clean and neat, and beatifullydecorated.
Review 10：Alfabia Nou was lovely. Very peacefull, private and relaxing (we were in bungalow 8). It's well positioned to visit the rest of the island. The pool was lovely and well maintained. A fantastic place to stay. It's 'self-catering' but the kitchen facilities in our bungalow were appropriate for our needs.
Review 11：You can hear the toll if you listen for it, but you soon become immune to it.
Review 12：I would highly recommend this accommodation. I appreciated the tranquility, the rustic chic, the location, the security & privacy, the big pool beds! We stayed here and drove out to do some rock climbing- it was a great base location-wise and so lovely to return to after a strenuous day! I can't wait to return!!
Review 13：Alfabia Nou is a wonderful place to stay unless you have an aversion to cats. The few cats that live in the grounds of the property may not be to the liking of some visitors.
Review 14：for an agroturismo facility, I would have expected a better welcoming from the owner or staff : a presentation of the environment, what to do, what to avoid, the good tips, a visit of the site and animals for the children... eventually a welcoming gift, like speciality from there (a bottle, ..) the facilities are very good and calm but you feel it's business first up to the point where we had to pay 5 nights in cash the credit card machine surprisingly broken.
