Review 1：The room has dull and basic design. The room has no air conditioner and no freezer. Despite all the anti-smoking laws in Europe, the tobacco smell fills the hotel complete and you may feel it even in your room.

Review 3：Lack of air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year was a bit of a struggle. Too far to walk into Ourense town but staff willing to order taxi.
