Review 4：Loved our stay here! From space inside and on balcony, well equipped apartment and excellent heated pool with plenty of loungers - this is a brilliant place to stay. Modern and clean and we are particular! Guests all courteous and absolute peace and quiet at night so we enjoyed a great sleep on comfy beds and fab shower! The maid service 5 days from 7 was fantastic too. courtesy bus morning and afternoon available yet walk to beach only ten mins - beach snd location couldn't be better! This was our first time to gran canaria and it was perfect as close to Mogan (fab market on Friday) Puerto Rico (mini golf) and meloneras (fab shops, restaurants ) and beach gorgeous with lots of lovely eateries on beach front The beach bar staff onsite are wonderful and drinks and good good quality and very reasonable prices The shop Onsite is well stocked snd so handy tho supermarket ten mins walk from apartment and car parking handy too - very secure. Would def rebook and highly recommend location and apartments

Review 5：The walk up to the apartments could be quite tiring, you have to be fairly fit or use a taxi.

Review 13：When booking we had requested one of the larger balconies.As an after thought I then asked if we could preferably have accommodation on the top floor. This request was not answered before arrival. However on arrival, before mentioning this, the receptionist said that they had seen our request and that she was pleased to say that we had been allocated accommodation accordingly with a great view of the sea. We were very dismayed therefore to find that we had been allocated accommodation with the small balcony, although it was on the top floor. This made us feel that we had not been treated in a straightforward manner. Whilst aware that our booking was late, we would have appreciated being told that our request for a larger balcony could not be met both before our holiday, but especially on arrival, but instead we felt deceived by implying that our request had been met. When we enquired before unpacking if accommodation with the desired, terrace style balcony was available we were told not. However the terraced balcony immediately below us was empty during the whole of our stay. We would have been happy to pay extra for an upgrade if necessary, or if the apartment below had not been suitable (too small?) would it not have been possible to allow us to have access to this terrace during our stay? I think that it would be much better if people knew what sort of balcony they would have when booking to avoid disappointment, and perhaps be given the chance to pay extra for a larger terrace style balcony if available so that people with a smaller balcony don't end up feeling hard done by. If this sounds like a bit of a fuss, the larger terrace balcony below had sun beds, a dining table and chairs, stylish comfy chairs and a coffee table and plenty of space..

Review 14：Our apartment felt spacious, stylish and comfortable with a double and a twin bedded room, which met our needs. We appreciated the regular provision of clean towels and cleaning of the property during our stay which made it feel like a hotel service. We loved the swimming pool, and surrounding area which was never too busy, and the policy of not allowing sun beds to be "reserved" whilst absent was good. Whilst it was nice to have air conditioning in the large living space, we would have found it more useful to have at least fans in the bedrooms. This was because it was exceedingly hot during our stay, and we were either outside, in the shower or in bed, making air conditioning in the living room of limited use, whilst the bedrooms were stiflingly hot. The kitchen had excellent quality equipment including a very useful washing machine, but we would have appreciated more of the basic items such as a wooden spoon for cooking. The car park facilities were excellent and secure, which was very reassuring when you are responsible for a hired car. Overall, despite the points mentioned, we would recommend stay at this accommodation, and loved the beach with its crystal clear water, and its good range of restaurants and cafes tucked below the promenade.

Review 17：As has been said often enough - the pool is far too small and in a rather bad shape with loose and sharp tiles. The kitchen utensils (pots and pans, cutlery) very low-standard indeed, awful actually, but the machinery (fridge, stove, oven etc.) excellent. Beds passable. AC, TV good, but no satellite programmes except BBC World. Internet slowísimo, not up to expectations. House guests in the form of a couple of cockroaches and a zillion ants only to be expected, no problem, and duly taken care of. We will be back - have already ordered the next 2 visits.

Review 23：They admit pets but pets can't go everywhere even though it was not prohibited with a sign. They don' t have a space for them. The cleaning service don't work every day and our towels weren't changed in 3 days.

Review 24：The living room was big but there were no sofas or armchairs for the four people to watch TV, for example or chat together. The terrace was comfortable enough and the views were incredible. We also like the appliances in the kitchen that were high quality ones.

The balcony was spacious, ideal for relaxing sun-bathing and dining while enjoying the wonderful panoramic view of Amadores Bay. The poolside staff were obliging and friendly and the no-booking sunbed policy at the pool worked a treat. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Taxis arrived promptly and are very good value for money.

Sari in reception was exceptional in her kindness and so helpful in every way. Shuttle to beach was great and taxis cheap if did not get return shuttle.Loved the beach in Amadores with plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved the fish restaurant Barca on the beach for evening meal.

Review 54：An enjoyable stay in a two bed apartment. Quiet location at the top ofthe hill but a short walk down - 10 mins. Or possible to catch thecourtesy bus down and up - another option is a 3 Euro taxi so not aproblem. Pool area very quiet - never busy. Pool small but fine - weonly used it for hour a day . Was great to have use of tabletennis/pool for our teenage boys. Washing machine useful. Amadoresman-made beach clean and never too busy. Wonderful for swimming. Notthe prettiest of places but just right for a break from the cold. Niceplace to get a takeaway coffee to have on the beach rather than sittingin the cafe called cia beach cafe. Restaurants not great but wedidn't come for the food all staff friendly though. A great placeto get some winter sun - quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Not luxury orchic but good value. We have previously stayed in Puerto Mogan which ispretty and has great resturants but this was a much better place tostay with teenage children.

Review 55：Not having an iron in the room and having to request it but promplty delivered the next day. We also had to request a kettle. But, a very enjoyable stay and would definitly return. Comforable apartmens.

Pretty basic furnishings but fine for the price as we did have a two bedroom apartment. Amadores beach was clean and big enough to escape any crowds. Great for swimming.
