Review 14：Relatively small hotel, close to the heart of San Pedro. 15 min walk to the beach, supermarket just next to the hotel. Breakfeast buffe was simple but exclusive. Best hotel beds I've slept in. AC placement kept the room chilled but didn't affect night sleep.
Review 15：I was given a room with a foul smell I did complain and was told that's all they had nevertheless I was tired and it was late I tried to sleep only to be feeling nauseous and sick I checked out in the middle of the night when I was speaking to reception the guy Jose told me that they knew of the problem

Review 17：The hotel is in central San Pedro, surrounded by cafes and many good restaurants, therefore you don't need to drive to eat out in the evening. The new boulevard in town is just a short stroll away and is a fantastic addition to the town. Very helpful and friendly staff made our stay most memorable.

Review 19：I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the best 3-4 years. While not expensive the price has increased by around 33% over the past year or two admittedly from a low base. That said while prices increased I thought the standards had reduced a little especially the breakfast. It's a buffet type with the usual cold meats and cheeses. The food is fine but if one is not early for breakfast there is little to choose from i.e the hotel is slow to replenish serving trays. There is a cooked alternative but the food is not kept warm. A bit disappointing

Review 23：The receptionists were very helpful, outgoing and pleasant! A great location for checking out Puerto Banus via bus. Parking easy on the street, free after 8 pm or underground. Breakfast was excellent with everything from cereal, yoghurt and fruit to ham, cheese and scrambled eggs!
Review 24：I don't like paying 10 euros for the premium Internet but if you do it works great. You can watch films on your iPad etc without a problem. But still it's 10 euros I suppose.
Review 25：I have been staying here on and off for a few months completing a business project and this hotel is perfect for me. The staff are excellent. The rooms are no nonsense just very clean, tidy and comfortable and great value for money. I would definiately recommend to tourists/business types. It suits everyone. Excellent location too.
Review 26：When I phoned reception at the NH San Pedro weeks before my stay asking for an extra bed in my room, I was informed this was not possible. However, on arrival I was informed I had an extra bed in the room as I had requested....After we had made other arangements for our friend. I guess this is normal for a mid-range chain like the NH group in Spain, the staff really are not interested at all.

Review 28：We asked to borrow an iron, the hotel staff has given out our room number to another guest to collect the iron to our room to give us the iron once they'd finished. I was applauded, it was lucky my husband answered the door and I wasn't a lone woman traveller answering the door as this would have made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Also when I asked another member of staff for extra hot water for my tea, and he loudly exhaled as if to say I was inconveniencing him.

Review 30：Check in was slow, requesting information that could have been provided online prior to arrival. Male receptionist was somewhat rude. I was part of a stag group of about 10, obviously all looking forward to a good night (and still sober) and only slightly boisterous when the receptionist complained that people were sleeping and this was at 1pm.

The website suggested itwas 12 euros for 24 hours, the hotel reception told me it was 15 whenthe actual price for less than 24 hours ( 22 ) was 25 euros. We are nottalking Marbella here.
