Review 1：Friendly efficient staff. Very good location for old town and 'Roman Bridge'. Wi fi always worked. Water always hot. Cafe on ground floor which was handy.

Review 3：Friendly, family run hotel very convenient for the centre of the town as well the thermal waters. Important for us, it is very, very close to the Camino de Santiago. We left too early to comment on the breakfast at the hotel, but had a great coffee and toast just round the corner at Cafeteria Niza. Would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Review 4：There was no AC nor fan. Though it wasn't hot this might an issue if it were a hotter day. Somewhere in the building or across the way there was a yippy dog in the daytime.
