Review 22：First of all I want to say that each room has big-big terrace with a breath-taking view to the ocean. When you step to the terrace - it is impossible to leave. Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. The kitchen in the room - a big plus. 1min walk from the beach. You have to stay in this hotel, if you go to Puerto Rico. No other hotel have so amazing terraces. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect with great cooking facilities. A very clean place which is more than comfortable . A stones throw from the beach , no hills to climb or steps . Review 36：Only 1 socket in the kitchen for toaster, kettle and microwave. Took a bit of juggling to get tea, toast and scrambled eggs all ready at once! Take your own tin opener if you don't intend to eat out all the time as the one supplied is a bit awkward to use. Other than these things the kitchen is perfectly adequate.
Review 37：These apartments are very well run and maintained by friendly staff. The balconies overlooking the beach seem to be various sizes but all have sunloungers. The food at the pool bar was very good and Carlos, the organist was a pleasure to listen to. A 5 minute walk takes you to the beach and harbour one way or to a supermarket and cafe the other. My husband and I found it a relaxing place to stay for a few days winter sun.

Review 39：everything, easy to reach from airport,no.91 directo bus to bus stn Puerto Rico- 5.5 euro each,takes 50 mins,then 5 min easy walk to complex. Been on hols to P.Rico many times, if you just want to relax,pool, 5 mins to gorgeous beach,loads of lovely resteraunts,then this is def place to stay. Staff all very kind and helpful,accomodation cleaned nearly every day, had a lovely app with beach/sea views.whole place is very clean. There are a lot of steps,but no problem as there are 2 sep lifts to get to rooftop pool/restaurant, even ok for me who suff from hip/ back probs.

So although it was ideal for close access to everything there was a lot of passing traffic from early in the morning to late that evening. The biggest advantage at rio piedras was its only downfall. We were a young couple so didn't mind too much about all the noise. Would still highly recommend.
Review 44：These apartments were clean, with a full range of facilities. Including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and tv with 4 English channels. We had a big balcony with sun loungers, umbrella and a gorgeous view of the beach. The location was excellent. Beach and shop was 30 second away. And main centre was 10 min walk.no hills!Staff were excellent especially Luis the reservations manager.
Review 45：the apartments are a bit dated and need some refurbishment. The fridge in the kitchen needed replacing as it would not keep things at the correct temperature.

No air con (and believe me, caught out by the breeze, Puerto Rico it is a surprisingly hot spot/ sun trap) No dishwasher or washing machine if that bothers you ? I came to holiday. In it's hey day it would have been fantastic and yep ELVIS would have loved it but maybe nows the time to up date.
