Review 1：Booking.com misrepresented the exchange rate that would be used, resulting in an additional cost of £200+. Furthermore, they take no responsibility for this.

Review 2：The hotel staff were smiley, friendly & helpful.

Review 3：Beds were fairly uncomfortable, no sunshade on room's balcony (apparently due to safety reasons), not enough sun-beds/sun-loungers in the pool area (very limited space), it can be quite noisy depending on where your room is located (we had room no. 533 which was located right above the kitchen/restaurant).

Review 4：Very friendly staff, great variety of food at both breakfast and dinner (though breakfast could be a little healthier, too many sugary products), great view of the sea, great location of the Blue Bar, comfy sun-beds in the pool area, beverages are fairly cheap, walking distance to the town centre, little fridge in the room, Junior-suits are quite spacious and have a big bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Review 5：The food is diabolical. This is by far the biggest disappointment, and I really would NOT recommend either going half board of all inclusive because it really isn't worth the money. The rooms are officially non-smoking but many clearly don't care so our room ended up smelling of smoked because our neighbours smoked. In the hotel's defence they evenutally sorted this out.

We were a bit unfortunate with the weather so we used the spa facilities a fair bit and these were also excellent. Overall, a great place to stay and on par with the best I've stayed in.

Review 42：We elderly pay extra for the beautiful location, due to aching limbs or taxi fares, with Santa Ponca forty minutes walk away, or the nearest bus stop ten to fifteen minutes and only four buses a day! In welcoming Cyclists, there are obvious rewards for the Hotel, which does not always extend to the comfort of other guests. We English were very much in the minority and are sad to say that arrogance, rudeness and loudness were much in evidence, both at the Hotel and in locality.

Review 52：What a pity that it is not possible to have breakfast or dinner outside. The dining hall lacks intimicy and atmosphere. This is especially disturbing since the dinner time schedule is much too early. Umbrellas or sunscreens at the balconies and the coffee terrace would do wonders. Switch off the radio every now and then in the common areas and improve the lousy internet access and this would really be the ultimate place for everyone.

Review 53：The spaciousness and the architecture of the building is just splendid. Wonderful swimming pool and the most beautiful and romantic views over the sea, the rocks in the distance and the Santa Ponca bay. Cocktail hour in the Blue Bar is one of the highlights of a Mallorcan holiday.

Review 131：This was our second time at this hotel and it won't be our last. Would find it hard to go anywhere else now. The views from everywhere in the hotel are breathtaking, the staff are excellent, food amazing and the hotel is immaculate with its white interior. Couldn't find fault with this hotel if I tried.

Review 132：although there is lots of space to sunbathe around the grounds, there is sadly not enough sunbeds available. we watched many of the guests turning into crazed animals.. actually sprinting across the pool area and throwing their towels onto the beds!! people were queuing from as early at 730am waiting for pool area to open at 830am. air con in our room wasn't the best but did help keep the room cool (ish). the fridge wasn't really that cold either but we managed ok. the entertainment team are very good at what they do but unfortunately they were very cliquey with a certain foursome which made us and the other guests we chatted to, feel a little isolated

Review 133：fantastic hotel with a superb location. each and every member of staff have a lovely friendly manner about them and are happy & smiley everyday! pools were great and the spa is an amazing added bonus :-) room was nice and spacious with 2 sunbeds on the large terrace. the choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is never ending!!! we would say that this hotel is by far the best 4* all inclusive hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in in Europe. we are looking forward to our return trip!
