Review 1：Not exactly a bad experience but the hotel is rather difficult to find if you don't know the areas.

Review 4：Everything, the staff was friendly, the beds great, what more can you ask for. Ourense is wonderful place. It is the best place we have visited in Spain. The people, good, thermal baths, a dream.

Review 11：The street facing room was very noisy all one night - cleaning machines, lorries etc. It was ok the next night so maybe a one-off. Of course, being so central, there was some street chatter, not too bad.

Review 13：Fine small hotel in the center of Ourense. Fine rooms (I had a double for single use). Everything functioning well. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. IF your with train - take a taxi - difficult to find on your own.
Review 14：Room was neat and bright with cute simple decor. Situated right in centre. Wifi was good too. Don't expect to receive much CS service here, but the cleaner who cleaned my room was very nice and cheerful and she had done a great job cleaning the room (that's totally made my stay)!

Review 30：The door to the hotel was difficult to find. (The sign was in gold letters on blonde wood and I am colorblind.) I walked past the door at least 6 times before a neighbor walked me to the door and showed me the door.

Review 33：I stayed an overnight at this hostal, and it was warm and cozy around mid-December. And, it is really close to the center. Everywhere is walk-distance; however, from a train/ bus stations, there is a long slope, so it might better to take a taxi from there.
