Review 1：i was not notified by you or the staff of roadworks ie digging up an d resurfacing the smell and noise on the balcony was horrendous i mentioned this to fernando the manager who was not really interested i would like to discuss a refund with you

Review 3：Just a minor problem, not the owners fault, but there were Road works in progress for almost the whole time I was there. Of course this did not affect my night times. I found Finistrat, a delightful little Sandy Bay, with an assortment of Restaurants, a Chemist, a Bank and a shop with all your necessary needs, so all in all a very pleasant place to spend your Holiday.

Review 4：This was a good Apartment, in a good position with two bus routes into central Benidorm. I would have liked to stay longer but had to return to the UK, but would happily book with Apartment Jesus on my next trip to Spain.

Review 7：Stuff is not client-oriented and doesn`t speak Engish, only Spanish. She gave us only 3 towels for 4 person. Sofa is too small for 2 person. No washingmashine. Noisy place. It`s too expensive for such quality.

Review 14：Great room, clean and secure. Has a lift, so easy access with luggage. Large supermarket within easy walking distance. Initially parked 100 metres away, but moved the car later to a spot just across the road. Upon arrival we were worried about noise from a nearby bar/restaurant, but all was very quiet by 9:30. Excellent value. Would happily stay there again.

Review 18：The location was great, ideal for beach (8min. stroll) and supermarket similar in opposite direction, with a great halfway house (Heroes bar) at one euro a pint, a good resting place on the way back from the supermarket. Some good eating places close by and busses every 15 mins. Fernando and Rosa are very nice at the apartments and very helpful. The little noise from the road was no trouble, small but adequate balcony with sun all day. We will be going again for sure.

Review 21：Very, very basic apartment. It was ok for one night but I would not be glad to spend my holidays there. Typical commercial place to sleep in crowded tourist area. Personnel doesn't seems friendly and not speaking english at all.

Review 49：Minimum pots - all very dirty (most need to be thrown out), no kettle, toaster (we had to ask for it), the sofa lounge sags & is disgusting - it needs throwing out, small TV (Spanish only) - no flat screen as advertised, the hot water system was only big enough for one person to have a 4 minute shower, so the 2nd person either had to wait at least 45 minutes or shower at another time of day. It is a shame that they do not fix the little things like the leaky taps, the balcony door that does not lock & windows that do not lock - it would not take much to make it an excellent hotel. They did not say anything about having to provide your own toilet paper and rubbish bags after the first was used - you only find this out when there is nothing left.

Review 50：Secure underground free car parking, lift, 1 twin bed apartment with small hard beds (common in Spain), balcony with table & chairs with views to other high rise only, airconditioned & heated, 2 gas hob stove, microwave, large fridge, single sink, good location close to beach & shopping, clean rooms, in a small secure complex on a fairly noisy street. Rooms off the street would probably be a better choice. The airconditioner noise was enough to drown out most of the street noise & there were no discos near by - thank goodness. The room price in early May was excellent.
