Review 1：There was some street noise, apparently some celebration in the square at the front door.
Review 2：Woman at front desk was friendly and helpful, my room was excellent (only not great thing: lighting was not the best, I like a light by the bed). Location in the pedestrian area just blocks from tapa scene and cathedral

Review 7：It was a hot day, but no air conditioning - if you had the windows open, you were subjected to the (considerable) noise from the square; if you had the windows shut, it was stifling.

Review 9：It doesn't really matter how excellent the location, how lovely the staff or how nice and clean the room, when the wifi didn't work at all, I didn't enjoy my stay. They got it fixed when I was about to check out, but that didn't make it any better to me.

Review 13：The location was perfect, overlooking a small square with a few cafes. Many more restaurants are just around the corner. The staff are lovely and helpful, and parking is available about six or seven minutes walk away. One of our favourite places to stay this trip.
Review 14：Very small room. Bedside light was faulty and was not fixed for two days when reported. Front desk employees perform security function and were not helpful with turist information.
