Review 1：paid 300 euro deposit .waited till leaving time 08.30am no one arrived .no one answered phones had to leave for flight home.arrived in uk received txt they had arrived 08.35.i took apartment keys for security on money owed and was told they would just change locks at cost of 100 euro but have not received any money at all.please do not deal with these people they will rob you...

Review 3：No dishwasher and the cooking pots etc. were in a bad condition (usable but wouldn't use at home). Apartment requires some maintenance work.
Review 4：Big balcony and nice location outside the badalona center.
Review 5：Great for the children to be so close to the beach,pool & playground.Pleasant walk to the train station,where in 20 mins we were in the centre of Barcelona.Apartment was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea.
Review 6：Shower screen leaking onto floor in bathroom. No kettle but only for us as not coffee drinkers. Location may not suit those who wish to have more going on in the evenings, although good train service to Barcelona if you wish this.
Review 7：Appartment was first rate, very well equipped with micro, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, toaster, towels etc. Location to the beach excellent & Badalona train station/village. Pool was just great too. Only 20-25 mins on train to Barcelona. The staff were great as we did not speak Spanish. Great service in fixing the hot water not working on the same day on Saturday evening due to boiler not work! Thank You.

It was falsely advertized with a poolwhich is shown in the very first picture. That was why we spent theadditional money and rented it for our family of five for 4 days. Whenasked about a partial refund we were never given an answer.Additionally, there is no grocery that is nearby, parking is crowded,you're still a good 12-20 minutes from the city center. Bottom line~ too expensive for the location especially in the off season. Find someplace else to stay.
